They were very understanding of the situation I was in, with a cluttered dirty house. They were always polite. They were super fast at install. I love how organized my sons room is now that I have a place for everything. My only complaint would be that I wish they had taken the time to demonstrate for me how to change the shelves and poles. I figured it out but it would have been much quicker if they had showed me. (Score 9 out of 10)
We love our closets made over by California Closets. My bedroom closet stays perfect, no more messes. And the entry closet is now usable. It used to be a long dark unusable hole.
