we have used Bock Steam Star several times in our house and now in our apartment. The company has been professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
Having a new puppy has made keeping our carpet cleaned and sanitary. Thanks to their cleaning we feel confident that we are living in a cleaner environment.

Bock's cleaned our carpets, restretched carpet in a couple of spots, plus cleaned upholstered furniture. We are very happy w/ them. Brian came out to give us a solid estimate. We had to reschedule our first appointment (no fault of them) they were very accomodating to reschedule. On the day of the cleaning we rec'd a call informing us they were on their way & arrived as scheduled. Everything turned out great. They spent extra time on a couple of spots we pointed out to them We are very happy with their work!

We were presented with an unfortunate and, by our estimate, damage and staining that required carpet replacement. A referral to Bock and relying on their judgement, we had their service on Dec.1, 2022. The result of their deep steam cleaning for about an hour was, "Good as new."
We are extremely pleased and will recommend Bock Steam Star to anyone and everyone who seeks quality cleaning service for reasonable cost from nice, friendly service people.

Super disappointed. Was referred by two neighbors. Had them clean carpet, two sofas and two arm chairs. Carpet half cleaned- forgot to clean under stair and another location. Did not clean the sofas and left stains. Came out to the house 3 times, which was super inconvenient. Never once did we receive a follow up call to see if we were satisfied with re clean. Never throughly vacuumed both sofas, left product as a large clump then left a long stain after not fully pulling up old residue from their cleaning prior. Called to speak with manager and never received a call back. I would not recommend at all.

Brian Bock and team are excellent. Always professional and do great work.
His crew came in and deep cleaned two upholstered chairs, a velvet couch, carpet on stairs and area rugs. We also dropped off some specialty rugs which they handled with care and they look great. Phil in the shop was awesome!!

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Bock's Steam Star. The 2-man team was courteous and very professional. The carpets were cleaned, spots removed, and the stairs looked wonderful. They were in and out in just over an hour. I was impressed that the carpets were dry to the touch in less than 12 hours and the rooms had a clean, fresh scent. Definitely will use them again!

I have a longstanding relationship with Bock's for a reason.

On my latest call, the technician dispatched took the time to evaluate each room in the house and recommended that I NOT have the carpet cleaned due to the damage inflicted on it by the previous home owner. After determining that the carpet was the original carpet from almost 30 years ago, Bock's consultant recommended that I not pay for cleaning and instead put that money towards a new carpet install (which they don't do).

The integrity required to tell someone that you could do it but it would be in their best interest for you not to do it is immense and is one of the primary reasons why I will always trust this company with the carpet in my home.

In this day when so many businesses struggle to provide any kind of service and often disappoint, Bock's Steam Star super-served us! Brian was on time when he came to measure our commercial building carpet, and the quote was very reasonable. His crew showed up at the appointed time and actually cleaned a larger area than was promised. We will be using them in the future and really appreciate the quality and promptness of their service.

They were able to schedule my cleaning within 3 days. I have older, white carpets and they were able to make them look really good again. I've delayed replacing the carpet for another year or so.

Bock’s Steam Star is the best, most thorough, professional carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaner I have ever used. From estimate through scheduling, cleaning, and follow up, the entire process was seamless and the results are beyond amazing. One of our pups likes to sit on our sofa and has left a stain of hair oil and dirt. Another cleaner was unable to get rid of the spot and Bock Steam Star lifted the spot and the sofa, along with the rugs and carpet, look like new. I am a true fan.

Superb! Gentleman came to house and walked through areas requiring cleaning. Gave me a bid which was reasonable. Cleaners came on time and did a great job! Carpet looks new!

Bock's Steam Star did a TERRIFIC job. We had many unsightly stains on our office hallway carpets, as well as our lobby and main conference room. I honestly didn't think they could get those stains removed. But they removed them ALL! I was very pleasantly surprised. And the cost was very reasonable.

The initial consultation and the service provided was extremely professional. They clearly know what they are doing as it pertains to pet urine removal. A little more expensive than I've paid other companies, but worth it to me to know that my carpets and rugs are clean. I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend Bock's.

Great job on cleaning our carpet and customer service that went the extra mile! Just had our 1 year old carpet cleaned - great job and especially appreciate the extra work to clean around/under the furniture we couldn't get moved in time. Have/had 2 dogs, 1 of which was older and having bladder issues. He's since passed and now have just the younger, teenage one. The day after having the carpets cleaned, the "teenager" decides he wants to use the carpet as a urinal (anyone want a dog?). Hadn't happened before, but that's another story. We had purchased the Home Pro spotter cleaner from Bock's, I was using it on the stain but not having much luck getting it out. I called Bock's very late in the day yesterday (Friday at 4:50pm) and talked with with a guy (think his name was Phil) for his recommendations. As we talked through options (none really good), he said they were closing in 10 minutes and would just run a bottle of Pet Spotter Plus over to our house. When he got here, he also worked on the stain using the new product and it looks amazing! He didn't have to do that and could have simply told us to wait until (or drive over to the office) on Monday. Major kudo's to he and Bock's - THAT is outstanding customer service and going beyond the call of duty. Well done sir, thank you very much, and folks, you need to use Bock's for your carpet cleaning needs.

Bock had been referred to me by a friend and their service and communication was professional and perfectly executed! From the service call for the estimate which included both a repair and cleaning to the completion of the two appointments. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend!

All I can say is WOW! They did a fantastic job! My carpet is a light color with some dark stains where the reclining furniture was placed. Mike explained the when the reclining position was used, the springs would shave and leave some metal filings, which looked black and oily! I didn't think it would ever look the same as when it was installed...but it did! So bright and clean. They did some stairs that were really bad, and those turned out great! The two techs that did the work were great! Mike and his assistant (forgot his name - forgive me!) were friendly, very efficient, professional, and explained what and why they were doing during the process. I can't say enough good things about Bock's Steam Star. I would HIGHLY recommend them. My carpeting looks as good as it did more than 10 years ago. Also, the lady who set up the appointment was very friendly and helpful. I really needed it to be done on a certain date, and she managed it! Thank you Mr. Bock and crew!

Overall wonderful experience. We got a puppy last year and have a very elderly dog also. Between the two of them the doggy stains were a major problem. I plan to replace the carpet since it is 5 years old & lower quality but when they gave me their professional assessment, prior to me booking services, I decided to take a chance to postpone replacement for a year or two. Their work exceeded my expectations! Smells fresh & looks clean! Large area rug I also had them do looks great also. I would highly recommend.

The two young men did a great job. We had not had our carpets cleaned in a few years and there were many pet stains. It looks great! They also did a good job on the floors in the kitchen and bathroom. This is why I have been using Bock's for several years.

Workers arrived on time. Rugs were cleaned thoroughly, including some difficult stains which they removed perfectly.

We had Bock's give us a quote to stretch the carpet in our lower level and the front room on an upper level, as well as clean both areas, an upper hallway, and the 20 stairs that connect all three levels together. We ended up deciding to split the project, as we are trying to finish off our lower level, but there is a giant tree in the middle of my front room right now so there is no way to do the stretching and cleaning there, or the upper level hall and stairs.

The technicians who came out to do the stretching and cleaning were all great. Very professional, took the time to do the jobs thoroughly, and made sure that any questions we had were answered. The issue came with the billing, and how that was handled.

Based on our quote, we should have been billed $558.10, less a $30 coupon, so an overall total of $528.10. We were charged $597.60 AFTER the $30 coupon. I emailed the office to request an itemized receipt and when I didn't hear back from them, I reached out via call. They had actually emailed the receipt, but it got caught in my spam filter. The invoice itself was only partial, for the cleaning charges, and not the stretching. Their customer service rep said we had been charged $25 for light furniture moving. There was no furniture on that level at all, we paid movers to come out the day before and get everything out as they can't stretch the carpet with anything on it. The rep's response-- well the stretcher guy didn't tell her differently so she'd need to speak to him. The other discrepancy came from the number of stairs that were cleaned. They charged us for 20, when only 14 were done. Again, the rep said she'd have to speak with her guys because they hadn't told her differently.

Where it really went downhill, was when she called me back. They were going to refund me for the furniture moving fee, but her guys told her they cleaned the stairs as instructed by my husband. Which they did. The 14 steps they could access were done. They had charged us for 20. When I attempted to point this out, she informed me that she was going off the word of her crew, inferring that I was attempting to "steal" labor from them. I took exception to her tone, and her implications and told her as much. She interrupted me, said that the point to the whole conversation was to let me know that they had decided to refund me for the furniture moving fee, and part of the stairs. I haven't seen the refund yet, but it's been roughly 20 minutes since that call so for now I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But I can assure you, that no matter how great and professional their technicians were, the attitude and willingness of their office staff to resolve a valid client concern will keep us from ever using or recommending them to anyone else again.

Brian Bock is the utmost professional and he instills that in his team. You are bound to have sharp, courteous, and knowledgeable guys show up to do the work. They understand the "science" behind the scenes and use only the right chemicals and machinery. Trust them to get the job done right, and on time.
