Bocks is by for the best company I’ve used for steam cleaning my carpet. They are friendly Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced! I can’t think of a reason to use anybody else.

LJ and Q did an amazing job on our carpet. They went above and beyond - 2nd year in a row they were both here. Really worked and got stains from our dogs and teenage son that I didnt think would disappear. Not only are they true professionals, but they are super fun and positive people to work with. They were laughing and having a great time while working really hard and it was a pleasure to work with them and joke around.

My kitties passed recently and I hired Bock's to freshen up my house from kitty stains on carpet and upholstery. Bock's was amazing. They cleaned my tile that I thought was clean. I had no idea how much dirt was on my floors. They also cleaned cat snot off my Ultrasuede chars. I had tried and failed at that. They look brand new! They also freed the carpet of cat stains. Bock's Steam Star came highly recommended a few years ago when we were moving to a new house. They made our older carpets shine like new and helped sell the house. Now, we needed them again and they came through again. We used them this time to shampoo 2 fabric recliners and an area rug. It's amazing how much oil from our bodies collect on chairs we sit in every day. It was fun to see the difference between areas that had been cleaned and those that had not been cleaned yet. They were actually dirtier than we thought. The 5-year old chairs look brand new. I don't remember the names of the two guys who came, but they were wonderful to work with. They were kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. They made the whole process seamless. Plus, they use a solvent that smells (almost) pleasant, not harsh in any way. And, I was that guy who called in December, hoping to get job done the following week. I knew the chances were slim they would be available, but they found a way to make it happen in only 4 days. Wow! I'm genuinely impressed with the top-notch service provided by A-Z Green Carpet Cleaning. They not only showed up early in the designated service window (how often does that happen?), but they also successfully eliminated dog urine stains and odors that we discovered under a large rug. They even managed to remove a stubborn piece of gum that had been lodged in our carpet for almost two years - something I had resigned to live with until we replaced the carpet. But no! Evan, Jay, and Todd skillfully removed all the gum, the remnants of a previous and unsuccessful carpet cleaning attempt, and all the pet stains found under our rug. we recently moved into our new place in Overland Park and wanted all our carpets cleaned. we found the price to be fair and the cleaning results were impressive. what really stood out was how helpful todd was during the visit. while he was here, i had an issue with my washing machine that caused water to spill all over the laundry room and foyer. todd was very friendly and quickly used his wet vac to get the floors almost completely dry. if he hadn't been there, i would have struggled to clean it up myself. overall, i’m really glad we chose a-z green carpet cleaning for the job!
