They came out to provide a quote for a whole house carpet cleaning. The gentleman went over everything thoroughly and the quote was lower than I expected! We were having photos taken of the house in a few days to put it up for sale so we needed the carpets cleaned asap. Bock’s were able to squeeze us in that afternoon and did a wonderful job. We were very pleased how nice the carpets looked and they were able to get out a few tough stains that I was worried about. Everyone at Bock’s were courteous and it was a pleasure working with them!

Based on neighbors recommendation, I hired Bock's Steam Star to clean the carpet in the master bedroom/closet, downstairs family room and on the carpeted stairs. I specifically pointed out several stains during the estimate and showed the cleaners the stains I needed addressed. The cleaning team just went through the motions with no attention to detail. They seemed rushed to get to their fourth and final appointment of the day. I had to have then return the next day because of the extremely poor job on the carpet stains.
Overall, not the quality job what I expected. Wasted a lot of time having to call them back because of their four hour scheduling window.

We had a 911 cleaning request after our dog vomited on our new carpet. Bock sent someone out that same afternoon. I had not touched the spot. Lawrence treated the spot and cleaned the area plus 2 walkways and stair runner where there were other spots. It was a tough stain because the dog accident was bile, so I expected this to be difficult. He did not oversaturate the carpet. It was completely dry in 24 hours w fans and our furnace running. After the area dried, the vomit spot was still noticeable. I called Bock and Austin from Bock returned and cleaned the spot again. It is hardly noticeable now. Only I see a faint spot. Austin cleaned another stair runner and bedroom that had a few spots. Again spots removed and he did not oversaturate the carpet. My carpets are off-white and 2 years old. They look new again. I will always recommend Bock for carpet cleaning.

I’ve been doing business with Bock Steam Star for a long time. Your guys are always awesome. In this particular instance, I had a minor emergency, and they put the little siren on the truck and made it very quickly to save the day on a stain that was created by my dingdong kids on a carpet that was literally one day old. A couple coffee and soda stains were pointed out before work began. Were told they did not need any pretreatment. They simply used their hot water spray. When job dried the stains were still there big and old. Very disappointed would never use or recommend again.

The guys from Bocks did a great job and the carpet looks like new. They’re the best carpet cleaning service I’ve used and I’ve used many. They came in a went right to work, took their time to ensure it was a proper cleaning and left. They were fantastic, professional and I will definitely use the again.

The guys that came out from Bock's Steam Star to clean my carpets were great! They called about 20 minutes before the appointment to tell me they were on their way, showed up promptly, and were friendly and professional. We did a walk-through of the house and I pointed out some areas I was concerned about, including an area my dog had been sick. They went over that area with a black light so we could really see what was in the carpet. We went over some different options I could add on, and there was absolutely zero pressure. All the carpets were cleaned for a very affordable rate, and they look and smell fantastic. The cleaners were respectful of my belongings and even took care to protect all door, wall and furniture corners from the hoses that were brought through. I am extremely happy with the results. Those guys worked extremely hard, and were incredibly pleasant the entire time. I will happily use Bock's again whenever my carpets need it!

Bocks Steam Star finished a job at my house today and I would highly recommend their service. They went above and beyond to clean some really dirty stairs after a construction project. Bock's Steam Star recently cleaned the carpet in several rooms and the carpet on the stairs. The technicians were courteous and arrived within the window they specified. They did an amazing job on the stairs. I would recommend their services.

Before choosing Bock's Steam Star I researched a couple of companies. I was impressed with Bock's website and how they seemed to be completely customer service focused, so I decided to go with them. When scheduling I made sure to tell them I was not in a hurry and was scheduled for "early afternoon" on a Monday (about 10 days from the time I called the company). I was not told who the technician would be or a more specific time, despite being scheduled out over a week later. The technicians were courteous and the work was completed very quickly. The problem came when they were leaving. The technicians poured out some of their cleaning solution in my yard and killed a section of the grass. A day or two after the large spot died, other spots started showing up. You can look at the photos below if interested. When I was sent this survey link it gave me three options: 1. Completely satisfied. 2. Content but not thrilled. 3. Not happy. I initially went with option 2 and have been waiting for several days to see if the company would contact me to discuss my concerns. So far I have not heard from them. My purpose in writing this is to let others know that if you want something done quickly and don't mind some shortcuts being taken then you will have a quality product at a standard industry price. If you would like to see some additional care being taken to make sure the cleaning hoses are not run through the yard, interior walls are being protected when moving from room to room, and any extra solution is disposed of off site, you might consider using a different company.

Follow-up: I heard back from the Bock's team and they have made repairs to the yard. I appreciate their willingness to make things right.

Not great! Work seem to be commencing while I was observing a carpet repair the other tech was treating another room. My question, " aren't you suppose to vacuum first before cleaning? I was instructed not to vacuum." Suddenly vacuuming started. Next, cleaning/ spot treatments. The spraying of the carpet with cleaner was hit or miss. Cleaning lots of steam water so much so it took 2 entire days of our A/C set at 70, continuous fan as well as 2 ceiling fans, 2 portable fans. Couch & recliners (2) moved back after cleaning ( sort of) well, after 2 days of drying and putting our house back together of course the recliners they had setting over the high traffic areas. So when I did my walk thru as asked by the tech and he asked me what I thought, my reply was "OK". In my opinion those high traffic areas could have been done much better (I have done a much better job with my portable Bissel in the past). I'll be calling tomorrow for a redo on those spots. None of their portable fans were set up during the process to help facilitate the drying process, as advertised. The solution from the tech regarding the dirt still visible in the stair case creases along wall and in between steps was after his full explanation of why it's problematic for homeowners is we, the homeowners, could maybe try peroxide in those spots and that as a homeowner vacuuming using the crevice tool 3-4 times a week helps. I totally get/understand that but wondered why as a professional carpet steam cleaning company a similar tool is not used for steam cleaning those areas. For the price charged for 5 rooms, stairs, hallway I expected much better results

Cleaned entire house of carpet. Stretched the carpet in the upstairs bedroom. Now it all looks like new.

I want to update my review as I used Bock's Steam Clean a second time. Great professional cleaning, including a lot of pet stains.
The only complaint, and why I removed one star, is the upholstery cleaning. I had 2 chairs cleaned. One cleaned up nicely but one is still very badly showing dirt or stains or something. Honestly 1 doesn't look like it was cleaned at all.

They did a great job on our house. They thoroughly cleaned an area that was soaked in cat urine ... saving us from replacing the carpet. Jessie also did a great job cleaning our leather sectional.

I scheduled Bock's to come clean one room and one area rug. My time window was 12-4. Austin and Q arrived at 12:30 after giving me my courtesy call. They explained everything very well. Austin was very knowledgeable about fabrics/surfaces and the cleaning methods. They were in and out in an hour. They cleaned up very well and were super friendly. We will use Bock's again and refer to any friends and neighbors that ask.

Extremely professional, courteous, and thorough. And most importantly, our carpets look brand new. We have two small dogs that like to make messes, and we were concerned replacement was the only option. Bock’s Steam Star saved the day! Cleaned all the carpets, for a very reasonable price, and the final product is outstanding.
