This store is a disaster! Completely unorganized! No one seems to know where our order, placed 10/08 is! It’s 12/19! 10 weeks! They have 100% of our money and we have 0% of our purchase’

The sales staff didn’t bother getting off their chairs to talk with us. The selection of bath tubs and showers were very limited. We left very dissatisfied with the customer service.

Beautiful top of the line products - and incredibly helpful staff - I was about to purchase a product that I thought was cool. I loved it. The staff here pointed out some pros AND cons related to that product in my particular space. Saved me some heart ache. They helped me find something better - actually cheaper. I respect that.

Shelbe is great. Really knows tile and Kohler products. She was there alone again today and managed a 3 customers at once. Is that fair?

I needed a replacement part for a Kohler faucet that I bought at a different store that is out of business. The salesman called Kohler to see if the part was available. Since Kohler has a life time warranty, he made arrangements for Kohler to send me the part for free. What great service.

If you do not like your current master bath or powder room, this is the place to be inspired to change it. I had a few moments to wander around "dreaming" and the ladies gave me the grand tour without ant pressure to make purchase that day. I loved the styles, concepts and variety. You can look at new builds, remodels and magazines to get ideas, but this store blows them all away. I can't stop thinking about the mirrored vanity doors with hidden shelves and electrical outlets that disappear the clutter. Well done.

I love this store! So many of the options are available to look at in the shop and everything looks so nice. It really helps you get ideas and dream a little! But the best thing about the shop are the people who work there. Shawanna Meeks helped us through all the decisions we had to make, answered every question, researched for answers when we needed it, and even followed through the delivery process to make sure things arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. I was really impressed with her expertise. All the staff were helpful, even though Shawanna was our consultant....great teamwork! Now I know who to call for any kitchen or bath needs!

Our rep has been very hands on but the overall kohler performance has resulted in our high end customers finished project being delayed well over a month now. Everything shipped is individual from sink faucets, shower valves, finishes, handles, and things never show up together. It's been an absolute disaster for us who are on a schedule. Do not rely on their ship dates or product availability for your customers and do not start your projects until you receive them because you never know when that may be. Our project with Kohler has not been pleasant at all.

This past fall and early winter I worked with Shawanna Meeks in choosing Omega Cabinetry and Kohler bathroom fixtures for our master bathroom. Shawanna is so knowledgeable with all the products they sell. All material was delivered before the work begun. She helped me with colors and had suggestions and ideas to share. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend Shawanna!

This Kohler Signature store by First Supply, has a wonderful showroom that offers ideas/products for both bath and kitchens. I've purchased multiple times from this store without any issue. The entire staff is excellent to work with and is very knowledgeable.
