Beautiful showroom with an excellent selection.

We recently purchased a Kohler semi-professional Simplice faucet and an Executive series cast iron sink for a kitchen remodel. It was one of the few places in the area that we could find an undermount cast iron sink. We haven't installed the items yet, because we are waiting on the countertops and tile, but everything ordered looks great so far.

The sales staff is knowledgable, friendly, and professional. The products offered are more expensive than others, but Kohler is well rated and is definitely worth the extra money. And everything arrived by the dates they stated.

I love my new bathroom. The quality of the materials and fixtures are excellent . Shawanna has a great eye and will help you zero in on exactly what you want. The showroom is full of gorgeous products and my project turned out even better than I had envisioned.

Finally decided to update our master bath. We went the usual route, looking at tile at one place, fixtures at another, and so on. We worked with a designer and she recommended a Kohler faucet design we liked but could not find at the usual big-box stores. That's when I found the Kohler Signature Store. My wife and I stopped by and were pleasantly surprised at the ease by which we could get everything we needed in one place. Not only that—product quality and design were excellent. We worked with the store manager, Ann Kivett. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions, and when she didn't have the answer immediately, we didn't have to wait long for her to get back with us. As with any large project, there were a few snags along the way, but Ann kept an eye on our order—even meeting me on her day off—to make sure all was handled as efficiently as possible. The Kohler Store is a great place to go when you feel overwhelmed by all the choices out there.

We worked with Shelby Tillman on plumbing fixtures for our new home and she was wonderful. Shelby was patient, a good listener, and not afraid to share her design ideas (which we appreciated very much!). We would recommend Shelby and everyone else at this Kohler Signature Store to our friends and family.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from the Kohler Signature Store in Overland Park. Ann Kivett warmly greeted me and listened to my problem. She then provided a great solution, and contacted the main office to get the product I needed. She is the consummate professional, very knowledgeable, and excellent in keeping me informed. If more stores had people like Ann there would be less stress in society and more smiles. An additional bonus was seeing all the new ways to upgrade our home bath, kitchen and wet bar. This is a must see location for anyone interested in obtaining a great modern look for their home.

Alisha Carter was a delight with whom to work! We ordered a lot from your store after pricing the same items on-line, big box stores, etc. I was surprised that a showroom would be cheaper, but every item was less than I could get elsewhere, and I checked.

The only caveat is a 25% restocking fee, which Alisha was clear in explaining. I only ordered when I was sure.

I liked the advice on how it would look and function, and the various options. She was able to knowledgeably order all the pieces for the shower assembly/sprayer, as well as the sink faucet and other accessories, all delivered to the house within a few days.

I found Alisha responsive, efficient, well-trained and very pleasant. Ask for her.

I was working with a high end remodel company and purchased a beautiful sink from here. No one told me or my designer when we picked it out, how high maintenance it is. You can not leave water sitting in it at all or it leaves water marks. Can’t leave WATER IN A SINK?! So by the time I had moved in, it was already messed up from the plumber installing the faucet and not knowing about the issue. My husband is also sick of wiping it out after each use. He forgot the other night and that long mark is from some soap, that will not come out. I wasted $2K on this sink that I now need to replace after only living in my house for one month.

Jessica saves the day, and me some money too!! So friendly and helpful, professional and quick replies. Great working experience as we build our new home.

Jess was very helpful when I was looking to replace my master faucets. What she was not sure about, she found answers. She was prompt with her responses and very pleasant to work with.

We just finishing a remodel of our basement and Alicia was outstanding as she guided us through our options. We had a couple of issues arise that required changes and she was able to accommodate our needs. Kudos to her and the rest of the Kohler team.

I’d like to respond to the review from Tyler, owner of Pro Guard Home Improvements. I’m the customer he was referring to in his review and though some items were back ordered, he had all the valves needed to start the project within a week. There WAS a slight delay due to Covid but the actual fixtures weren’t even needed for more than 60 days because they couldn’t be installed until after the tile and countertops were finished.
Tyler and his team were given diagrams with pictures and dimensions for every fixtures for each individual bathroom and additional installation instructions came with each piece. Unfortunately they didn’t bother to read them because when it came time to install the fixtures they found out they
installed all the shower valves incorrectly so the walls behind all 3 showers had to be cut out to reinstall them. What’s worse is the tub was installed too far from the floor mounted tub filler so they had to cut out part of the new heated tile floor as well as the living room ceiling below to move the tub filler. Tyler or his workers stole or threw out several of our Kohler fixtures, one was a shower wand that we had to reorder and there were 4 towel bars 3 robe hooks and a toilet paper holder which will end up costing us over $500 to replace.
I would trust very little that Tyler from Pro Guard Home Improvements has to say. Not only did our 3 month project take 6 months to complete, after we moved in and found all the problems, we called Tyler to come back and fix the multiple issues (no insulation replaced above the bathrooms, heated floors not working, cracked tiles, wires cut to the electrical outlets, bad patch in the living room ceiling, etc.) but he says he’s no longer in business.
As for Kohler, we have several more bathrooms that we plan to do partial remodels on and we’re so happy with the quality of the Kohler fixtures, tile, our sales rep Beth and Kohler customer service that we’ll definitely be returning to them for future projects.

Nowhere competes with the quality and expertise of Jess @ Kohler. She's helped me completely finish my bathroom and gave me a ton of great information that I otherwise would have not know. Those little things would have definitely cost me more in the long run. Highly recommend!

I suck at designing my home, but Emily helped me pick out some stuff for my kitchen that had people complimenting me! She was super sweet and took the time to help me! It was my first time there and I definitely will be coming back!

Interesting showroom for Kohler. They use different products to showcase and there are some items on sale but I would say this is more for higher end products and showcase new products and styles. Great place for decorative ideas.

I highly recommend the Kohler store for your remodels. I initially went in just looking for inspiration, but ended up doing all of my purchasing there. I worked with Emily who made the process extremely convenient and easy. The products arrived when she said they would, and I got a great home owner discount off of my total. I would recommend giving her a visit 👏🙌
