We had a really great experience with Bright Side Plumbing. Our water heater decided to die on a Friday afternoon, which was certainly concerning with three young children. Bright Side was quick to respond and sent someone, Nick, out that night. Nick was great and made sure to stay until he confirmed that our hot water was working again. He was kind and professional. The cost was reasonable. Comparable but less than what was quoted by another company in town.

These guys are great. They ended up replacing my entire sewer line. They are prompt, reasonable, and polite and courteous. When I had an issue after the sewer line was replaced they showed up almost immediately and fixed it and ensured there would be no charge. They don’t gouge you on prices either. Highly recommend!

Scott and Izac are amazing!! They saved me!! On my only day off I went to the basement and water was everywhere. My old water tank just completely rusted and just started flooding my basement! I I’ve been with Climate Control for 13+ years. They originally bought out the company before that so we stayed with them. They basically told me they couldn’t get anybody out for at least a day or so because they were completely booked. I was furious.I called 12 different companies and they were not very helpful and said that they were completely booked that I’d have to wait like two days. This company called me back immediately and was just absolutely sweet and came within 15-20 mins!! They’re not only professional they are here to help! I’ve done a lot of research and They were very honest with questions I had so I knew what to make for my purchase! Seriously if I could give them 20 stars, I would! This is my new company and Family!

Called Bright Side at 4pm. Came at 430. Had the water heater replaced in my business by 630. Big thank you to Nick & Dave for their quick work and customer service. Would definitely recommend

Shout out to Nick and Dave who went above and beyond with my sump pump issues. They came out found the sump pump needed replacing. It was still under warranty, thank goodness! Instead of replacing it with the same pump they upgraded it because they knew that was the pump I needed instead of the one I had. On top of all that they came back that same night (after they finished all their scheduled calls) to replace it. I’m beyond grateful for their willingness to go above and beyond because they knew I was stressed about having a broken pump with the rain. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Cannot say enough how grateful I am for their kindness and time!

I had a pipe leak at my house and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The plumber (Anthony Erickson) was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue, fixed it efficiently, and made sure everything was done right.

The quality of the work was excellent, and the price was very reasonable for the level of service provided. It’s rare to find a company that combines great workmanship, honesty, and fair pricing, but this one absolutely does.

I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work and will definitely call them again if I need service in the future.

Nick was great to work with on this project. He replaced all the water lines and shut off valves. Just so happy with this. A real pleasant experience

Had a great experience with Bright Side Plumbing. I reported a backed up toilet as well as a problem with my washing machine discharge. Chris and Travis engaged and diagnosed the problem with their top-end endoscopic technology. Ended up being a partial clog and collapsing (original) clay pipes. Great guys trying to do the right thing.

I chose Brightside Plumbing because they were listed on Inspector Nick's Trusted Partners website and a friend of mine raved about the service they received. Trevor was assigned to my appointment. He was prompt, respectful and friendly which meant a great deal to me. He took the time to answer questions and educate me on the process of how things "should be" done and why. The conversation was easy and not strained as it sometimes can be. I was asking about a water softner system and he gave me an estimate and we worked through some dynamics that would need to be dealt with. He did not do high pressure sales, rather he said here it is -let me know. I just bought this house and have things that "need" to be taken care of first. As the appointment progressed, as a veteran myself, I noticed a familiar demenor in Trevor-----he is a Veteran. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Juan and Matthew from Bright Side Plumbing, did a awesome job of repairing my collapsed Sewer Line. And repaired the concrete that they had to go through. Two very kind men and hard workers. I feel like i could always depend on these two men for doing a great job.

There are not enough kind words to speak for these three gentleman who worked on our new sewer line. Chris, Bradley, and Trevor were exceptional in their knowledge and skill and always kept us informed throughout the process to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. They arrived promptly with an exceptional work ethic and worked tirelessly throughout the day to ensure the job was complete. They exceeded our expectations, but beyond their skill, they were the kindest and most caring individuals and treated us like family . They were all smiling and full of joy daily during this tough time in our life. We are truly beyond grateful! We would recommend them for everyone who needs plumbing work done. Anthony of Bright Side plumbing was very professional, very straight forward, very efficient, kept the place clean and did excellent work putting in a new drain and sink in our bathroom. Would definitely use his/their services again.

We just moved into our home and started having issues with our kitchen sink backing up. Called and was able to get someone to come check it out fairly easy. We had Nick Chernioglo assess and he did a thorough job and was very informative of what the issue was and the multiple options we had to fix the issue. We ended up not breaking up the entire garage floor and he was able to route the new pipes even with the restricted space due to the prior owner’s HVAC installation. Nick did a great job in all aspects of this job and would highly recommend!
