Kyle did a great job fixing the hose for my ice maker on my refrigerator and removing a saddle valve that had corroded. He discovered the hose I bought at Lowes was defective and that is why the water was leaking. He also added a shut off valve upstairs so I dont have to run up and down the stairs each time to turn on the water. He is extremely nice and very professional! I signed up with their monthly service agreement with them also!

Kyle had made recommendations that would be practical for us regarding a replacement toilet assembly. The recommendations were oked and Kyle installed the new toilet much to our satisfaction. Kyle a very good employee for Dick Ray Heating and Cooling, keep up the good work.

Dan performed a full furnace tune-up and went above and beyond by explaining everything he was doing and offering helpful advice on how to keep my system running at peak performance. It’s rare to find a technician this knowledgeable and this committed to making sure the customer is taken care of.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received today. Our service technician Dornell was early and went directly to work diagnosing what we asked of him. We had been having concerns over our humidifier and the proper way it should be operating considering the frequent changes in our Kansas weather. He was very patient in answer our questions and thoroughly checked out the existing equipment, showing us how it needed to operate at the various temperature changes and making recommendations as to how it could become more efficient. Never once did he give us the oversell and attempt to try and push a lot of unnecessary products on us. He advised us what may be needed in the future and potential costs associated with these. His calm and positive demeanor is exactly what I prefer to see in a sub-contractor when I ask for assistance. I applaud and thank him for this manner of great customer service. Other companies could take a lesson in they way he projected himself and conducted his business. I will certainly use them in the future as the need arises.

The guys came to the door. I said: hey little buddy. We had a good laugh 🤣. I'm glad I'm renting bc, they have to come back. It's a problem that couldn't b fix with what they have on the truck 🚛

We needed to replace our water heater. Our technician Nick did a very good job with the installation. The overall process was quick (about 2 hours), and that included having to leave for a bit to pick up an expansion tank that was necessary for the new install. The pricing seemed very fair and the work was thorough (Nick handled the installation, permit, and haul off of old tank). Overall a great experience.

James came to our facility with the complaint of a bad sewer smell. We had other plumbers there prior but none of them could find the issue even after a smoke test. Within an hour James performed a proper smoke test, located the issue and had us scheduled for the repair the very next morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Great job and attention to detail James. Thanks for all you did. All the employees can breathe better now.

Found this company from a simple Google search. Had small leak and they were here within a few hours to take care of the job. James was super friendly and explained everything that he was doing. Got a pressure regulator installed as well that will hopefully help curb future issues. Price was fair and worth it. Appreciate you guys. Saving your number for future projects. Thank you.

Dan was wonderful! He came in, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it quickly. When I thought I had a subsequent leak, he came back out and explained what the true issue was-- at no cost! Highly recommend Bright Side.

I called Bright Side to clear a backed up sink. Nick C. arrived to the job early. The job was a bit more difficult than he expected, but he took his time, powered through, and was able clear the blockage and get good clean flow going again. I really appreciated how he explained the steps involved, what the likely issue was, and options to tackle the problem today and try to prevent future problems.

Nick earned my trust today, and the next time I have a plumbing issue, I will call for him by name. He’s a top professional, and was just a great guy. He is a fantastic representative for Bright Side.

Heard sound that sounded like water leaking. Anthony and myself both heard it but determined the sound was coming from the Radon pump. They will definitely be my first call for a plumber. Thank you Anthony.

Travis Taylor was fantastic. Company was very prompt coming 1 hour after initial phone call. Travis was very helpful answering any and all questions and explained the different options available to us. Midway through the owner arrived to check on progress and left Trevor to assist with the job. Both Travis and Trevor were very likeable and displayed a passion for their work. I would recommend this company and especially the two technicians I had the benefit of dealing with today

Absolutely amazing had a leak they came out took a look as well as seeing issue with facet and helping explain to corporate why it needs to be replaced. They got the parts same day and had it replaced in no time! Thank you guys!

I called Bright Side out to unclog a sink drain. They came out and could not get it open stating that there was something wrong with pipe. I agreed to a price to replace up to 20 ft of pipe. The rep even indicated it would be out to my second support post. I signed on his phone, and they were to come out the next day. When the techs got here, I moved everything out of the way for them. The two that were here all day were great to deal with. As I talked to them, they thought they were only going out 10 feet. I went and found an email that had the estimate on it only to find out the rep wrote it up for only 15ft from the wall. This was upsetting to say the least, but it was my fault for not checking. The good news is when I went back down to talk to them, they were only about 8 ft from the wall, and they said that the next section of pipe looked good. They snaked it and said they ran out 40 ft and no blocks, so they were going to stop there. I was happy at that time I went into the other room to clean I could hear them they went to jackhammer and then the guy stopped and said something happened the other guy said it happens. The next thing I hear is them on the phone with rep stating that the pipe was crack and they are going to have to go another 8-10 Ft. The rep said to talk it over with me. I came out at this time, and they told me what they told their Rep and told me the price would need to go up by almost double. I asked why since it was supposed to be 15 ft. They told me I would need to talk to the rep when he gets here. I wait for the rep who got here about an hour later. At this time the techs told me that they found out the crack only went 4 more inch's and that they just went ahead and fixed it. At this time, they were already reconnecting the pipe I heard them say something about doing a flow test but never saw one done. They did say that there was grease in the old line still, but they could see down the pipe. They went ahead and finished the pipe having to come back the next day to pour concrete. I went down the next day to clean up since we needed to wait for concrete to dry. After running the water in the sink for a min I turned around to find my floor drain backing up. I called the company they said the rep would be out between 2-4 that day No one showed up I got a call from the company asking what was going wrong. He told me in the notes that I refused to do any more work. I asked him why I would do that if there was still another 8 ft on the estimate. I told him what happened and got told he would have to talk to the rep. He informed me that he was on a big job and would get back to me. It has been a week now with no response I am not able to do laundry, dishes, or dump anything down the drain. It will back up in the floor drain if it is too much. and I have to wait for it to go down.

My recommendation is to stay clear of this company. A warranty is only as good as the people who stand behind it and this company rather move on to the next job instead of making sure the work is done right.

Awesome job by James! He was very professional and explained the job thoroughly. Perfect installation of a water shut off valve for my new refrigerator and left no signs of any disruption. 100% recommend!

James did a great job repairing a break in our main line! Called on a Saturday and spoke with Kalen, he scheduled a tech to come visit. The tech, James, showed up shortly thereafter and worked into the evening to help get us back up and running! Both guys were a class act and well with the call ... So much so, we decided to have them replace our water heater as well!

We have used Bright Side Plumbing many times over the last few years. They have replaced our hot water tank, sump pump and repaired the septic line. Today James installed our new toilet and pedestal sink for us. They have helped with plumbing emergencies and followed up when things needed adjusting. Definitely recommend.

I called Bright Side this morning to locate a leak in my house that was causing my water bill to spike. They made it over this afternoon and found the culprit, the humidifier, within a few minutes. They didn’t charge me because it was a quick find. I am so relieved I called Bright Side and definitely will rely on them for all future plumbing needs!
