Sam replaced our old water heater that was broken and some of the pipes and shut off valve that were corroded around the area. He explained all my possible options very easily so I could understand everything thoroughly before I made any decisions on which new water heater to choose. When I also asked if he could look at our toilet he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed our toilet promptly. He was so kind and easy to talk with. I would definitely recommend him and Dick Ray and will use them going forward if I need any more home work done.

Very professional, Vincent called several suppliers on Saturday with no luck. Having to order the part on Monday he is now on his way to repair. I am very pleased with him and Dick Ray. Vince just left and I'm very happy with him and Dick Ray Heating & Plumbing.

Dick Ray has service providers who are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Eric Ruvalcava appeared concerned about my problem and did an excellent job of solving it while teaching me how to deal with future issues. I definitely plan to use this company for future concerns.

Great service from start to finish! Kirk came out same day to look at an issue with our HVAC system. He explained the problem and gave some options for getting it back in tip top shape! Jeff and Stephan came back the NEXT DAY! and installed everything. I can already tell this system is going to be much more efficient! Everyone was very helpful and easy to work with! Definitely will be using them again!

Keith Travis did a plumbing inspection and gave me a price on each item that needs to be addressed. I had a leak in my shower drain done. I was pleased with his explanation on my needs. I was very happy with my service.

Feel taken advantage of, very expensive and not even 100% sure the expensive diagnosis will fix the issue we have been having. I was told the visit would be $79 to come to our house and talk about the issue. Upon telling the Service technician we have been experiencing a foul smell in our water lines sometimes he said I would need to pay a $380 diagnostic fee. Said they would check every sink, bath, etc. but after two minutes of diagnostic time they found what they thought could possibly be the culprit. Upon this finding they said it would be another $800+ to provide a fix for. The fix took him less than 45 mins to do. I feel taken advantage of and am still in shock that a diagnostic fee would be almost $400. Unfortunately I would not likely recommend this company to my friends or family.
**UPDATE--Dick Ray customer services called me personally to discuss my experience and offered to refund the diagnostic fee since I was unaware of that ahead of the service call. This was VERY much appreciated** Updating my review to 4 stars based on this excellent follow up.

A perfect 10 from the estimator to the installers. Jeff, Matthew, and Hunter were the most professional, tidy, and genuinely nice guys. Great price, great service, great communication, flawless! Highly recommend Dick Ray!

Dan came out for a furnace tune-up, and I couldn’t be more impressed! He was incredibly thorough, checking every detail from the filters to the vents and even explaining potential issues to watch for in the future. On top of his expertise, Dan was so nice and personable, answering all my questions without making me feel like I was interrupting his process. Dick Ray Plumbing was quick to respond and really great with follow up. I was super happy with their service and they were very cost conscious. Kyle who worked on our property was really great. I would absolutely use them again.

Anthony and JR were great. Professional, on time, and nice guys to work with. I had a really bad case of frozen sewer pipes and they were very knowledgeable about giving me several options to resolve the issue.

Dick Ray has always come out to my house since 2022 for sewer and they serviced my AC & Furnace, they always pick up the phone quick and have very competitive pricing on routine maintenance with expert recommendations for future repairs & tricks. I was Anthony’s (technician) last stop of the night and he got the roots out all the way to the street. Awesome friendly service .

The plumber who came by was great. Quote was for a replacement hot water heater. We decided not to go with them because it was the highest by by far $1000 more than other companies.

Great friendly and professional service. Vincent provided an estimate to add some additional heating to an area that has continued problems with water lines freezing. We were very impressed with his expertise in this area and the honest affordable cost. We chose to proceed with his proposal and look forward to a solution to our problem.

Kirk, Jeff, and team at Dick Ray did an awesome job with our full furnace and AC system install. They were able to install a new system just over 24 hours after I called Dick Ray for a diagnosis and quote. Kirk and team were very professional and knowledgeable. Furnace stopped heating overnight. Dick ray plumbing and heating was able to schedule Dan Horton to come first thing in the morning (8:30am) to diagnose.

Dan Horton was Super nice and great to work with. He was very patient with answering all of my questions.

Matt T. is the Master Plumber who provided excellent service to my over 100 year old house which had multiple issues. He corrected was was the result of poor incomplete work done by others. He draft multiple options so that I could pick the one thst fut best into my budget. I appreciate not only his competence, but kind manner and patience accomodating a senior citizen with a lot of questions. You Andy Reid commercial caught my attention this morning, but Matt far exceeded my expectations. Thank you all and Happy Holiday.

Had a great experience with Matt @ Dick Ray today. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough during our annual plumbing inspection. He went through the line item quote with me and explained everything that he found so that I could understand the impact to my home & safety.

First time used Dick Ray Plumbing as looking for a new plumbing company. Sam was knowledgeable, patient answering my questions, and sensitive to the high costs of plumbing services these days when presenting me with options. I already had a ball park figure for the work so was not shocked. Appreciate his time spent letting me think things through.

Kyle came out for a plumbing inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I didn't have any work done at the time, but he provided me with a list of potential issues I should look at addressing, and let me know which ones I should consider more of a priority.
