What a great experience! Truly appreciated all the assistance in making my house a home. You never know how much you need something until it's not working. All the employees were professional and provided guidance to making a crucial decision resulting in saving money and a happier family. The response time was excellent and taking the initiative to get the parts and do the labor saved me so much time. Once again, thank you for everything!

The tech was on time and did a thorough checking of my AC unit. Unfortunately it cannot be repaired. He explain everything to me and is sending the information to my home warranty company.

This is the second company we’ve called this summer for our hvac and I felt Dragonfly was much more thorough than the first! Same day service and the air is already feeling cooler. Very happy!

The installation was great. Despite having to go back twice for two different water heaters. My problem, neither Lowes or Dragonfly will provide me with a DETAILED invoice, but a total estimate only.

They were by far exceptional! Not only were they very professional and polite, they were very educated and knowledgeable. They stated in top of the job and followed through until it was completed. Even the ladies in the office were very friendly, warm and empathic and didn’t hesitate to notify the service technician to schedule the appointment ASAP! I would never use or trust anyone else to get the job done!!! From 1-to-100, I’d give them a 100%.

110% would go with them. Reps not only sold me my system. They also installed it and told me all the ins and outs of what I was getting. Quotes were more than competitive and the process was as smooth as butter.

Prices quotes were well below the others that were quoted for like system.

J T did did excellent job of explaining everything to me that he was going to do on Monday afternoon. He is very kind and courteous and a definite asset to your corporation.

Scheduling was easy for my furnace check-up with Dragonfly. They sent a reminder text, they have a two hour time frame, and they notified me when they were on their way. The tech is friendly, polite, competent, and wears shoe covers.

Got my water heater swapped out. Would rate the tech JT Dunlap a 10/5. Was very nice and would answer any questions I had. Informed me on the upkeep and maintenance of how to take of the new water heater.

JT was always very courteous and professional. JT replaced our jetted bathtub faucet to include shower wand. I noticed that if something wasn’t right or didn’t look right JT made it right, JT is a perfectionist! I highly recommend Dragonfly Mechanical for any plumbing needs!!!

JT does awesome work and is super nice. He answered all 500 of my questions and is super respectful. Nothing but great things to say!! Hes our go to guy hands down. We will be calling them back for some more projects in the near future.

Joe was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of the equipment and how it is meant to operate. He had my A/C issues diagnosed quickly and repaired efficiently. I am very happy with the service I received!

I believe this is an excellent company. Theo installed my new Faucet. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing, and how to operate the new faucet, along with being courteous and expedient. And then Crystal, who works in the office, was super nice and talked to me about the various options for replacing my faucet. I would highly recommend these guys.

I've had Dragonfly Mechanical to my home for both a plumbing issue and heating system repair. In both cases, they were prompt, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend!

I have used the business a couple of times through our home warranty for a backed up main plumbing line a n d a gas leak after another company replaced our furnace. The technicians have been super quick with their work and gave great explanations regarding the issues.
