Higgins Sewer & Drain is fantastic!! Mark was super knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. He arrived exactly on time and figured out my floor drain problem right away.

Afterwards, Mark thoroughly tested everything to confirm it was working correctly and tidied up, leaving the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. On top of that, his price was very reasonable and matched the initial quote. I'll definitely recommend him to any friends / family who need similar work done!

He came out quickly to fix our backed up drains that were causing our basement to flood. He is very kind and hard working. Got the job done right and cleaned up after himself! We will definitely use his services in the future!

We utilized Bob Hamilton for our furnace tune up. We gave them a 2star because the technician was great. The overall experience was terrible. We have not had heat in our house because we didn’t want to use the furnace until it was serviced to be on the safe side. We scheduled service on a Monday, they offered us a Friday slot either 9-12 or a 9pm-6m. We elected for the 9-6pm. Friday rolled around and Bob Hamilton called at 4:15 asked if we could reschedule as they have some other customers the would like to get to. We explained we haven’t had heat and that we are not willing to reschedule and would like to keep the original service. My wife asked for confirmation they would be out that evening. The female on the phone lied and told my wife not to worry they would be out this evening and we would get a call or text prior. No one called or text so I called around 6.30-7:00pm the gentleman on the phone told us it had been scheduled for Saturday. I explained that was not the case and they needed to have someone out that evening as promised and as scheduled by them 5 days prior. The gentleman told me his manager would call me right back. Suprise suprise no call. Saturday morning rolls around and they have a tech available to come over to our house. We accepted the service e request o my because I knew I would not be able to call another company Saturday morning and have them there the same morning.

Summary:
1. Do what you say you are going to do.
2. Don’t lie.
3. Don’t set false expectations.

We won’t be using them again.

I had a service call to understand the age/condition of my HVAC system in a house I purchased. The tech, Scott was fantastic - very informative and talked me through everything he was doing. Ultimately, I need a new HVAC system but with the age it is understandable. If Hamilton provides the best offer for replacement I will request to have Scott do the install. Definitely recommend based on the tech I worked with. Thank you!

Our furnace stopped working this morning by this afternoon they had us up and working again, plus the plan we signed up for helped with cost and future preventive maintenance, and our technician Derek Arriaza was very thorough and helpful in explaining everything he was doing and things we may need to do. And as a Veteran I greatly appreciate the support from this company, as they support military and Veterans, but the have many options for ways to get discounts as well. So Overall a very good experience in a time of need, I highly recommend Hamilton plumbing, heating, ac, rooter, for your next home repair.

My technician Scott was extremely professional. He explained the system and walked me through the repairs that would need to be done to resolve my furnace issue. He was exceptionally polite and easy to work with and offered good communication.

I just had my furnace’s seasonal checkup done by Julian from Hamilton, and he did an outstanding job. He was courteous, considerate, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. He took the time to explain what he was doing, asked if I had any questions, and made sure I understood everything.

Julian is a very polite and professional young man, and I truly appreciate the level of care he put into his work.

Tyler came out to check on a smokey smell. He determined it was not related to the furnace but from a recent plumbing fix. He was terrific; very thorough. Loved the prompt attention to my 94 year old dad’s home.

Our experience was very good. We had our annual furnace tuneup. Jose was accurate and explained all our questions plus he emais the findings to us too.
He's checked our furnace before. We like the fact that we get the same technician each time. And that he doesn't try to sell us things we don't need.

Glad I looked past the negative reviews! We scheduled a $29 spring tune up through Lowes. Colton arrived on time, was very attentive and friendly, and recommended just a small repair under $100. We agreed a d he took care of it on the spot! No pressure or salesmanship at all - just friendly and professional service. Give them a try!

All I can say is wow. Saturday 13 year old furnace crapped out. Repair diagnosed blown circuit board and gave me a price to fix. I inquired about replacement and Hamilton sent out Angel to give me a price for that.
Angel was really prompt, professional and personable. He showed me options.
We decided that it was time for a new furnace , air conditioner, and water heater. The price was right in line with what I expected.
Sunday, the next day, they sent out Chance to install the furnace and A/C. He worked his butt off and was done before dark.
Truly amazing service. System is working great and my home feels much more comfortable than before.

Oswaldo was awesome. He came out and really dug into the issues. I had a lot of questions and he was able to show me different potential issues, the most likely cause of my problems, and explained everything thoroughly. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and best of all, unlike previous Heating and Cooling companies I’ve worked with in the last, he didn’t immediately jump to “welp, you need a new unit..” which was a breath of fresh air.

My issues were resolved easily (hopefully) and I was provided with a few things to look out for and check on in the future. We will probably have to replace our 20 year old furnaces in the future, and I know who I will call when it’s time.

A crew of two men came at 10am and completed my installation by 4pm. They were professional and polite. They picked up everything wore shoe covers and you couldn't even tell they were here. Showed me how to operate the thermostat for both winter and summer and even in-between. I would recommend Hamilton to everyone. The service was great and the cost was reasonable.
