The experience was positive overall. I wish the phone representative would have explained the stipulations of the $79 drain clearing special, as it felt a little like "Bait & Switch". Once Devin (plumber) arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was needed to fix it, and got to work. Devin was pleasant, knowledgeable, and wore boot covers to protect the floor. I would call again for future issues.

They charge way too much! I feel like the plumber technicians make up their own price. He quoted me for a repair and when he couldn’t fix it, he just added on to the repair quote to install a new toilet. So I paid what he quoted for the repair (around $450) which he wasn’t able to complete and also an additional $400 for the new toilet/install. So $850 total. He kept saying “I’m not petty!” Overall, the install is good but I think if I had Lowe’s or Home Depot install a new toilet it would be around $300-$500 total. I would have preferred to pay around $500 or less including a very basic toilet. I also just bought a new furnace and air conditioning unit with them last summer for around 15,000 total! 🙄

We had Hamilton come out in January to clear our main line after it backed up. Imagine my surprise when my husband called and said that the tech had told him that we would need a complete main line replacement. We immediately started looking for different quotes. Spoke with friends and family to find out that the company has "a reputation" for saying this. Fast forward a few weeks, and we find out that our main line is NOT collapsed, but chock full of tree roots. Our multi-thousand dollar repair wound up costing us a few hundred through another company.

Shame on you Hamilton. We will not be contacting this company for anything ever again.

We had an AWESOME experience with Hamilton. First time we ever used them and our technician Jeff Benson did an awesome job. He worked hard throughout the process, was very professional and informative. If you ever need any plumbing help, my suggestion is to ask for Jeff. You won’t be disappointed. Very professional. I had an entirely New AC and Furnace System Installed. Their team was extremely considerate and respectable. They stayed nearly 13 hrs making sure everything was set up properly and got it all done less than 48 hrs after i signed the paperwork. Excellent Company i highly recommend!

Our furnace and ac unit was totally shot and we called 1st ABMay and that was a disappointment. However we had Ozwald with Hamilton come out and help, he was very professional and honest told us we needed a new unit. Adam then showed up with some help on getting us financed and sat here and helped us with everything and took his time and patience because it took some time, after he left he still called us with follow up resolution, I never had someone go that above and beyond to insure we had heat. It was a blessing 🙌. And the staff that came to install where great, Zander and Ricky where efficient and polite . Great job team, I would spread good reviews on your team. Disappointed in the fact that the man didn’t even clean out the leaves from the bottom of our unit. He was here maybe a total of 20-30 minutes, much of which was spent on hooking up the hose, etc. The unit still has caked dirt on it. Pictures taken immediately after he left. Waste of money!

The tech came at 8:45 pm when the appointment was for 2-6pm. I contracted your services to try a new drain clearing service for a good price. When asked what the service charge would be, he said $279.99. I told him no. The advertised fee was $79.99. Basically he was trying to overcharge me by $200 knowing that I am a senior and I looked like one who would not protest and pay his price. He said that there had been a lot of wrong quotes ($79.99 for instance) but would do it for that amount. He said the $279.99 was still a good price since other competitors charge $400 (a lie). He left a mess on the old carpet, took several tries to unplug the drain with a pencil diameter auger and got it so the washer drain did not overflow. Told him that was better and I was satisfied. I just wanted him out of my house. Asked about a check or credit card and he said a check would be better since the battery on his cc device was dead. He packed up and left. Happy to see him gone after trying to rip me off for $200. Hope this guy is just rogue and is not typical for Hamilton. Won’t call them again.

I called late morning because of a plugged up main sewer line. I was assisted by polite, kind people on the phone, and a technician was to my house in the timeframe provided (Just a couple hours from my call). Brayden, the technician, was nothing but professional and polite. He explained what he was doing, did it promptly, solved my problem, and was gone just like that. Wonderful experience.

Alex and Matt replaced the Gas piping in our crawl space today and brought it all up to code.

They did a great job, provided professional and friendly service and answered all of my questions.

These guys are a great team and I would use their services again without hesitation.

Tony Rogers was great! Very informative, thorough, and fast! He went above and beyond to take care of his customers! I would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again if I have anymore issues!

Stefan came to do our annual maintenance check on our furnace today. He was very thorough and identified a few problems and discussed all our options with pro’s and con’s for repair. Once we decided on a plan he was able to perform all the repairs same day without the need to reschedule. Very kind and hard working!

Furnace was not staying on or not coming on at all. Tech was here only a few hours after call on a Sunday and was amazing. Fixed the issue and was friendly and courteous. Charge was more than reasonable. I could not recommend this company more! Please don't hesitate to use them!

We were referred to Hamilton thru our local Lowe's store. Tim came out same day and wrote the estimate, including senior and veterans discount. Two young men did the installation next day. They were both very friendly and showed us all the features of our new furnace/air cond. Impeccable service!

The technician who came to our house was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a frozen heat exchanger.

However the repair rate to apply a heat gun for 1 hour was pretty extreme at $500. At that price I might as well have my attorney do it.🤣

The entire experience was excellent to that point, including a modest $49 charge for the emergency service call . So I'm reluctantly averaging a 5 together with a 1 to come up with my overall 3-STAR rating

PS - a space heater solved the problem. Hot water was restored in less than 15 min.

Very professional!!! Everyone had excellent customer service skills I interacted with. My furnace was out & they gave me an appointment within days of the quote i received & offered next day but my schedule didn't allow. Installers called & arrived before scheduled. They respected my home & I had absolutely no clean up, they removed the old furnace for me as well. I will definitely be a return customer for all my HVAC & plumbing needs. Truly worth it!!! Thank You Hamilton!!!

Never again! Buyers be ware!! My intuition told me when scheduling; they are not forthright when asking about anything related to costs or a general estimate . They will not give you a price estimate when you schedule the appointment even when you tell them exactly what type of services you need, other than the first $49 service fee will go towards the repair costs. I moved the refrigerator location and I only wanted to cap off the old water supply line for the ice maker; I was not relocating anything, not adding anything, not connecting anything, just literally a single pipe cut at the shutoff valve and a cap put on the pipe. It literally took the technician maybe 4 minutes max and the bill was $540 This has to be a joke, but no it gets better because if you sign up for their annual program …… that offers zero savings; they will discount you $120 from the service call today but the minimum annual cost for the program is $240…… makes absolutely no sense; it’s insulting. Bob must be living his very best life counting up the Benjamin’s & Hamilton’s. I am so done.. as a consumer I felt so taken and I was; taken advantage of. Even mechanics charge an hourly rate based on the job. Thank you for asking me to leave a review. I plan to tell 540 people a year.

Provided great guidance in the purchase of our new water heater. We had a water heater fully installed in less than 24 hours from the time we signed up for a consultation and could have probably even had it faster. The service was great! Very professional, nice, affordable and fast. Provided the install even on a Sunday!

When your main sewer line backs up into your basement on a Sunday night, you expect stress, chaos, and a huge bill.

Hamilton Plumbing gave us none of that.

They came out quickly, cleared a serious root blockage , and got everything back to normal. Then told us the total was $79… yes, really.

In a world where you expect to be overcharged in an emergency, their honesty and professionalism stood out big time.

10/10 recommend. They just earned a lifelong customer. If you ever have a problem, just going with the flow, call Hamilton. They will get you running again, in no time!

I hired Hamilton to fix a major sewer issue. From the initial call to the final fix, they were very professional, and we had great communication throughout the process. The technicians (Jose & Juan), were very prompt, knowledgeable, and were very hard workers. When the work was done, they cleaned everything up thoroughly. I would highly recommend This company and would definitely use them again without hesitation. Great people, great company!
