We recently ran into our sewage backing up. Called Mark earlier this afternoon and he was able to fit us in for today. Timely manner and very professional, he was able to fix the problem and prices are reasonable.

Last night our sewer line backed up and then our basement started flooding. We called all the “Big Boys” in plumbing but none of them could make it out last night. Then I got Mark Higgins on the phone and he was here in 20 minutes. He got us unclogged and back to flushing at our leisure. Reasonable emergency rates. I will use him again for any plumbing issues. This business is fantastic! I was having water backup in my basement through the floor drain. This was also during the rainy time which ended up creating a huge mess in my basement. Higgins Sewer & Drain Cleaning was the ONLY company that was will to come in an look at the issue and fix the problem. The big guys either didn't want to mess with the problem or immediately pointed the finger at the wastewater company and said that I'd probably have to dig up my sewer line since my property was older. The technician came out and cleaned out 4 large bunches of tree roots and the water immediately started draining. They came back a couple of days later to camera my sewer stack and sewer line and delivered great news that I had no other issues. I was also extremely pleased with the reasonable price they charged for their services. I will definitely use this business again when needed and for preventive measures.

Mark Higgins came out on time at 6:30 pm, fit me in at the end of a long day and worked for 2+ hours on my clogged floor drain by my AC and water heater in a tight space and on a 30+ year old house. He got it unclogged, cleaned up his mess, and the price was incredibly fair. I tipped well because he deserved it!

I discovered I had a backed up sewer line on a Friday night. Called Higgins Sewer first thing in the morning. Was told he would be there by 1130 and he showed up early. Did a fantastic job explaining what he was doing and in an hour had everything done and cleaned up. I was expecting to pay a premium fee for "emergency weekend" repairs but was surprised at how cheap the final price was. Will definitely be using Higgins Sewer & Drainage again.

Mark from Higgins Sewer & Drain came out to my house in an "emergency" situation. Mark showed up within 2 hours and got my sewer line unclogged in less than 30 minutes. Higgins was amazing! They were on time and saved the day. We had started a plumbing project of swopping out sinks and needed the shut off changed for cold water. Came in and switched it out even though the main shut off to the house was not shutting off the water to the house. He ended up coming back with a helper that evening and replacing the main shut off to the house. Will use this company for all my plumbing issues from now on!

I hired Higgins Sewer & Drain Cleaning for a couple of services. 1.My sewer inspection for a home purchase and 2. Clean my mom's backed up sewer pipe from the house to the city.

I work in an industrial setting. We called mark in to get two 4 inch lines unplugged for us . He did an exceptional job and even showed up early! While at the plant he looked at a large sump pit we have been needing to get cleaned out. He scheduled a time to come out and clean it and again he showed up right on time. When he left it looked as good as new.

Sewer issue played out like a BAD Christmas movie...3 pm on the Saturday before Christmas. 30+ people ( house guests and visitors) due in next 48 hours and problematic basement drain decided to act up. Call to regular plumber went straight to voicemail. Called Higgins Sewer and Drain based upon some positive online research..It was a true Christmas blessing. within less than 3.5 hours the job was done.. faster..cheaper and cleaner than any prior service call with other plumbing company.. Hopefully things are GOOD for awhile but I know who I will call if the need arises!! Thank You!

Mark did not disappoint. He was available within about an hour of my call and promptly arrived ahead of schedule.

I had a floor drain that was clogged due to tree roots in the sewer line. I contacted Higgins and they responded promptly and told me they could send someone out later that same day. They also told me exactly how much the charges would be ahead of time, which I appreciate. Their staff were friendly and professional and they got everything cleaned out and in working order. I will definitely use them again for future drain issues.

We've been having problems with the washing machine leaking in the laundry room. Mark came out and within no time he had it fixed. He promised to be here at a certain time and he was.
