Obviously, I had a clogged drain and needed it to be cleared out. Mark was very courteous, answered the phone when I called and gave me a time when he would be here. When his other job took longer than expected, he called to let me know. He got right to work when he arrived and got things taken care of quickly. As everybody else has stated, he gave me an estimate over the phone and that is what he charged me when he finished. I will definitely be referring him to anybody who needs help!!! Thank you!

First time using Higgins Sewer and Drain. Neighbor referred based on a good experience he had. They checked all of the boxes we were looking for. They arrived on time, fixed plumbing issues, reviewed work and price was exactly as quoted. Refreshing to find somebody that does quality work and was easy to work with. Even indicated to call them with any other issues and if they could not do work would be happy to advise and refer as appropriate. Would highly recommend for any plumbing issues.

Had Mark out this morning for a drain cleaning. I can't say enough about his service. Showed up exactly when he said he would. Got the job done in a timely fashion. Pricing was very reasonable and fair. And he's a nice guy to boot. Would recommend his services to anyone.

Mark was FANTASTIC! We called him and explained the issues we were having, and he was out to our house within 45 minutes to fix the problem. We live in an older home which made the job a little trickier, however Mark got it done! He was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has plumbing needs. We will be using him from here on out!

Mark came out yesterday morning to unclog my main sewer line due to tree roots. I've had one of the big name plumbers around town out twice (Ole Bob) to fix it and not once has any of their tech's shown a tenth of the knowledge, honesty or skill that Mark did. With Mark, I had a skilled plumber, not a salesman that was trying to get me to spend thousands of dollars. He made it an easy process from start to finish. I will 100% recommend him to anyone and use his services again in the future. Thank you Mark.

I called for service at 8:15 Sunday morning, Mark was at my home at 9:30, terrific response. He evaluated the blockage, quoted a fair price, and had my drain flowing within the hour. Prompt, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. I can't imagine you could require anything more. I highly recommend Mark for all your drain clearing and small plumbing requirements.

There is no one better! I recently tried a large chain to clean a blockage in my main sewer drain. After trying briefly, they told me they were unable to clear it and that I would need to pay them to scope it with a camera so they could tell me my repair options. I instead had Mark Higgins come out for a trusted opinion, and he was able to clean the drain on his own without the need for a large expensive repair. I cannot recommend Higgins Sewer & Drain Cleaning enough. Truly a company you can trust to do things right the first time for a fair price.

Oh my gosh. Arrived 20 minutes after we talked, did the job quickly and left no mess and was very professional and nice. I will call him back out from here to eternity when I have a problem!!!!

Mark came out even feeling under the weather but he did such a great job with our sewer that backed up. His price is fair, very friendly and does not recommend for extra services not needed. I highly recommend his services anytime.

I really can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Mark and Higgins Sewer. We live in midtown area and have had issues for years, called Mark and he was willing to fit us in at 5 on a Thursday. He figured out the problem, got our water flowing and was so professional and nice and down to earth. He is now “our plumber”. Edited to add his price was super reasonable!

Mark and his young helper who assisted are such pros, and super nice guys. We've used Higgins for years and will continue for our older neighborhood home.

After someone else snaked my line and told me it all needed to be replaced, Higgins came out for a second estimate, was able to get their camera past where the first company did, and then was able to actually properly clear all of the roots from the line. The first company only cleared maybe an inch wide gap of roots, so it would very quickly clog again, whereas Higgins used a variety of tools to clean the entire width of the pipe.

They even sent me YouTube links to the video afterwards so I could see the difference. Total professionals.
