Aaron was great! Professional and quick to diagnose the problem. They were at our home 24 hours after making the appointment, so wonderful response time. I would recommend them anytime!

Nate was very thorough and he got my drain issues taken care of. Informative and knowledgeable. He also called ahead to get more info on the issue. They also cleaned up nicely afterwards.

Scheduled an appointment online via their website at 10:00am for a 3:00-4:00 arrival time. Took the afternoon off of work and sit around for nobody to show up. The only kind of communication we’ve received were texts saying they were running late. It’s now 7:00 and dark outside. My entire basement is sitting in the driveway.

I probably could have contacted someone else yet I thought my appointment window was locked in. If you can’t guarantee the window of arrival, then don’t make it an option on your website. Not impressed.

From the moment Khari rang our doorbell he was kind very professional and went straight to work on our plumbing issue. He did not give up and tried to problem solve every angle. Khari is good at communicating as well, we can tell he loves his job and appreciate his work. Thank you! Then Aaron was sent over to complete the job and worked his specialty and now we are up and running. Thank you Aaron for being efficient, professional and wonderful.

Khari came to my door and introduced himself and was very friendly. I showed him what was going on and he said let me take a look in the main drain. He got his price book out and showed my what it was going to cost. I told him I had a coupon and said that’s great. He got his machine out and went to work and we talked while he cleaned out my main line and was explaining to me what was happening down the line. He said he felt roots and and he’ll go father out and bring it back and do it again. After he finished we turned the water on and noticed it was backing up down the kitchen drain to the main line. So he snaked that drain and told me what that was going to cost and he cleaned that out. If I ever have to call Roto Rooter again I will be requesting Khari to come back to my house.

This was my first experience with any plumbing company. I had a last minute leak and it was an emergency. Within the hour they sent out their best man for the job, Aaron was genuinely amazing. He explained everything and made it very simple to understand. He immediately got to work and fixed the problem in such a professional manner. Roto-Rooter should DEFINITELY give him a raise and Sheila as well. She was present and gave me a lot of valuable information regarding the problem! Overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely use them in the future!

Aaron came over today and replaced my garage disposal! Did an awesome job. Mine had been leaking from the bottom so weird!! Great work! Thank you!!

I cant begin to say enough good things about Kahari and the work he did to help clear our drains. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly the entire process. Outside of the work he performed he was also very respectful of my family and home and we are so very grateful and appreciative. We had problems with our plumbing at 107 SW 4th Street in Lee’s Summit. We reached out to Rotor Rooter, and they provided us with top notch service. Our tech, Aaron, arrived on time, got right to work, and did an exceptional job. The problem was in the main line, and he immediately made a call to a co-worker to run a camera provide further assessment as to how to proceed. Aaron was very professional, answered questions fully, and assured us we would be in good hands moving forward. Thank you to Aaron!!

My experience with Roto- Roooter was good. It did take a while for someone to get out to my house but it was same day service. Time estimates from the automated system was not accurate. However the tec that showed up, Khari, was absolutely awesome. He took his time explaining everything to me making sure I understood. Price was a smidgen high but they also have people come and scope the lines and offers for someone to come out and access water damage. And thats all a part of the service. Which I really loved. Khari took his time clearing our main line to make sure we wouldn't have any more problems. Very happy with his service.

We had a sewage back up in our basement on a Friday at around Noon. We called Roto-Rooter and they had a technician, Anthony, at our home by 1:30 PM. He was polite, professional and careful to be as clean as possible. After getting things unclogged he called for a camera inspection.
David showed up to run a camera down the line, explaining what we were seeing. Unfortunately, aside from tree roots and the majority of the clay pipe being non-existent, about 60' out a catastrophic failure was discovered. No option but to replace the main sewer pipe. We were very frustrated and a little in shock. David explained all options and was very empathetic to our situation.
We chose the more expensive, but less invasive trenchless option for the peace of mind and warranty. Griffin and Dwayne showed up the following Monday to begin work. They were both awesome and Griffin, much like David explained the process from beginning to end, even providing daily updates. By Wednesday evening we were able to use the shower and flush toilets and by Thursday evening we were back to full functionality.
Given the unfortunate circumstances, we could not be more pleased with the experience from beginning to end. Anthony, David, Griffin and Dwayne, you guys were awesome! We would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter. Thank you for such a great experience!

Anthony was great. The clog ended up evolving into quite the issue and he never complained. He was calm and figured out a solution that works great. Came out same day and got it all fixed up.
Will be using their service again if issues arise.

Had a really good experience with Higgins - they were quick to come on a Saturday even! They were honest, didn’t try to sell anything that wasn’t necessary, were on time and very reasonable with pricing. Thankful to know about this company now!

Perfect in every way. I called befpre they were open, got a repsonse and an appointment for a couple of hours later. They performed the work quickly, quietly and without a mess. I will use them again if needed, and highly recommend them.

Alex was great. Will use Higgins again! Reasonably priced (with an approximate price quoted over the phone), easy to get a hold of, and on time (even early actually - with a phone call to confirm it was ok).

Higgins Sewer provided a fast and friendly service. He was able to fix the issue the same morning the problem occurred. Explained what he was doing every step of the way and I paid the exact price I was quoted over the phone.
