By far the best plumber I have used. I recently closed on a foreclosed home that had been empty for some time and stuck in the 70s. Caleb and Superior came in and replaced all of the shutoffs, anti-frost spigots and installed a gas line for the stove. He did a great work and a great price, I will definitely have him come back to do more in the future.

Superior Plumbing came out to repair a water line leak to our ice maker, install a valve on the line and run a new water line on a separate fridge. From scheduling to completion everything was seamless and fairly priced. We will be back.

After a sewage backup in our basement due to a sewer line break, we hired Superior Plumbing & Gas to excavate the entire main sewer line outside to the City's tap. Caleb and his team (Levi & Kenny) did excellent work. They also replaced sewer pipes that were repaired incorrectly by another plumber two years ago. To repair the break in the sewer line, it was necessary to take apart some of our sprinkler system, remove a bush, and cut out part of our sidewalk to the front door. After repairing the sewer line, Superior Plumbing repaired our sprinkler system, replaced the sidewalk, and replanted the bush. They also used their equipment to get the trench compacted and settled back into the ground. All trash and debris were removed and disposed of by Superior Plumbing. Caleb, Levi, and Kenny were very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing & Gas for sewer line repair work. We have also used them in the past for inside jobs; leaking pipes, etc. Anytime we need plumbing services, big or small, we will definitely call Superior Plumbing and Gas.

Lee came to look at our gas fireplaces to see why they were not working as well as they use to. He was friendly and professional. He serviced the fireplaces, cleaned them and now they are working perfectly and look beautiful! I probably shouldn’t wait so long before having them serviced by a professional next time!

I am truly appreciatve for the advice provided regarding a dishwasher installation. I had Superior Plumbing install new shut off valves and make sure everything was okay before installation of a new dishwasher. When the new disherwasher was installed, it would not fill with water (same thing the old one was doing). I called Superior back fearing the work done somehow did not solve my problems. Caleb advised me to have the installer come back out and check the water supply line. They came back and the water supply was fine but apparently they forgot to remove one of the plugs. Problem solved without costing me extra. Thanks Caleb!

For skill and quality work with a can do attitude you can't beat Superior Plumbing. They rebuilt the sewer line and re-installed a toilet in my downstairs bath. They were prompt and friendly. I had several friends try to help me stop this toilet seeping around the base with only temporary results. Caleb with Superior Plumbing came out once, fixed the problem and now no more leaks.

Had a consultation/ 2nd opinion call with Caleb the other day. He spent nearly 20 minutes talking with me about a unique problem I was having in my basement and gave me potential solutions and ideas to fix the problem. I had previously been working with another company and he did not try to push his business on me. Because of previous quoted prices he even encouraged me to continue using their services so long as I was happy. It was obvious that he genuinely cared that I got the answers I needed and that he was there to help in whatever way he could.

Should anything fall through or I need further work in the future, I will not hesitate to call them. Excellent customer service and I would recommend hiring them simply on that alone.

Quality work done on short notice! Unlike most service companies, we called and had someone out to the house within 2 hours. They replaced our entrance valve quickly, and then made some adjustments to a leaky faucet without charge. This is the second time we have used Superior, an we could not be happier with their service!

These people really care! I can see why they've been in business 10 years. A shady landlord tried to get a gas account in my name to avoid past problems with Spire gas. The gas was not being turned on. I called Superior Plumbing as they are a well-established company. Tammy said they could come out and check what was wrong-- but she said there were fees involved and that should be the landlord's expense, not mine. She gave me a phone number and asked I text pictures for her to review. Turns out there was a lock on the meter due to landlord mismanagement. Tammy spotted it in the picture and advised there were Spire gas issues that needed resolution before gas would be turned on. I decided not to move in this residence. Tammy called me the next day to see if all was resolved. What a kind, caring person! Finding a company who works on pipes and valves is one thing, but finding a company with compassionate, knowledgeable, trustworthy employees is another experience.
When I do move into a house of my own I will call Supior Pumbing for plumbing and heating needs. 5-Stars!

I hired them for changing my backyard faucet which has been broken and leaking. The service man Lee was very professional and skill ful. Did the job meticulously and neatly including cutting through the sheet rock in the basement. Would recommend them!!

I really like working with Superior Plumbing. They always do a great job and I never have to worry about the quality of their work. I had a sump pump go out on me and they were at my home the next day getting it fixed. I loved their sense of urgency! Great company.

I cold-called this plumber based exclusively on their location and Google reviews, and I am absolutely thrilled with their responsiveness, courteousness and quality of work.

It started with a VERY knowledgeable person who took my call. She is obviously experienced and knows great details about all sorts of plumbing activities and situations. She took the time to give me a VERY detailed review of various toilets and why certain ones work the way they do, and she secured one specific for my job virtually while we were on phone.

Then, Lee came and installed a new main shut-off, a new kitchen sink faucet cartridge and a new toilet. His work is flawless and meticulous. Plain and simple, he is a pro in every sense of the word. Neat, tidy and clean, everything he touched. He streamlined and improved two tasks that other plumbers had worked on before, and frankly their work left something to be desired. This guy knows what he is doing and made it all look easy and professional.

As of 12/25, just another strong recommendation for this company, and Elijah in particular. This business is very high quality work. Elijah has been here several times and recently installed a new kitchen faucet for us. He does a VERY tidy and professional job, leaves NO mess, makes sure everything is actually done right and at a professional level, and always leaves detailed notes on the services performed.

I can't recommend this company enough, and Elijah is a real craftsman and professional.

They came out as a 2nd estimate after i had someone else out to fix my sewer issue and Superior Plumbing came out and looked at the issue and took the time to address my concerns and gave me their professional opinion on what to do next and best if all saved me a lot of money! Our sump pump went out on a very rainy Friday and Superior Plumbing was not only responsive, and timely but their price quote was significantly lower than a major competitor. A few months later the sump pump started making an odd noise (also on a Friday) and they were quick to come out and replace the entire unit without charging me a cent. I will always use their services and refer them to anyone looking for excellent quality and customer service.
