Ok. On Monday Calab called me and explained my number got transposed and thru trial and error with several calls finally got the right number. Offered to come right out but I had already booked with another service. He apologized sincerely and I accepted his apology. An honest mistake...

Called in the motning. They got back to me that very morning. He was able to help me diagnose the issue (sprinkler) over the phone - free of charge. Thankful to have an honest option in the future for problems.

The were great. Were able to come the same day I called when my water heater died on a Friday. Friendly company both on the phone and in person.

Superior plumbing was easy to work with and were willing to install the fixtures we picked out. The plumber even went so far as to upgrade the cut offs under the sink while he was at it. When they were finished, I was surprised because they cleaned up the bathroom so well I didn't have to raise a finger.

I called Superior Plumbing and Gas when I started seeing a water spot behind my bathtub. I tried one plumbing company that couldn't identify the problem and then tried Superior Plumbing. I'll never use anyone else again. Superior Plumbing was fast, friendly and thorough. They worked until they figured out what was wrong and didn't leave until they were sure it was taken care of.

Very responsive. Was straight up about the price. Very friendly and wonderful service and taught me a few things about my bath tub the next time it might get clogged. Found their information in a Facebook group that provided a number of great reviews! So called and left a message. I received a call-back within minutes. In about 30 minutes they were at the house resolving an emergency fix on the main waterline in the house. The gentleman making the repairs was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He was able to repair the issue quickly; I even noted that he took extra steps to ensure that the fix will last. Great company, will definitely call back when I need something!
