We asked the company to provide photos and details on an over 8,000 estimate and they decided to move forward with details and photos however ultimately did not want to continue working halfway through (After paying almost $3000 for the completed work they did) because "the photos and details needed were too much work" I would be very hesitant to call them for any commercial project.

They were very professional and they took the time to explain everything having to do with the main water line. I would recommend this company.

They were really helpful in explaining the issue and then fixed it fast. They communicated really well while working. Will use again.

We hired Dan to install our garbage disposal. We'd been putting it off because we knew it would be a difficult job since the old cast iron drain pipe would need to be cut. We're really glad we called. His estimate was accurate, he finished the work quickly, and left the house as clean as when he got there.

Dan is a rare breed. Another company had me convinced my main water line had a leak and needed to be replaced.

Dan didn't jump to conclusions and went through a process of elimination to find the cause. Turns out the shut off value on my sprinkler system was going bad.

He could have easily jumped on the most expensive repair but was honest. He even tried to say no charge for him coming out. I couldn't recommend Dan enough. Please give this man all the work!

Riden Plumbing just completed a job at my house [plumbing issue with a shower and also a sink.] As ALWAYS, the service was WONDERFUL, and the price fair. I've used Riden for at least 25 years at my home [which included tearing out a cement floor and putting in a new basement bathroom, and another time, installing tandem water heaters with alll sorts of valves to allow parallel or series use. I've also used Riden at my office for numerous plumbing repairs, and again, always reliable, fair and quality work. I recommend them without hesitation!! You won't be sorry.

Excellent quality work on a tight basement ceiling where I needed a new gas line for a fire pit and gas grill. Dan sized my pipes perfectly, so that my standby generator coming on wouldn't make my water heater flame out. Smartest plumber in town.

We had an issue in our rental house as a result of a water main being replaced on our street and Dan Riden and Riden Plumbing were fantastic. They responded so quickly, were so polite fixed the problem within an hour or two and went above and beyond and fixed something else that wasn't technically in the "scope" of the project. I can't say enough good things about Riden Plumbing - responsive, quality work, and fair prices! I have used them for many projects in the past few years and have always been pleased! I recently needed a new kitchen faucet in a tight space. Dan talked with me over the phone and advised where and what type of faucet to purchase, arranged for the contractor's discount, and sent Mark (a fantastic guy) to come and install it.
