I had gotten a estimate from another company who kept pushing me to spend $3,000 to replace my basement floor drain. Joe was recommended by a co-worker who did work in her house with a glowing review. I called and explained my situation, Joe came the next day. He determined I didn't need my floor drain replaced, it just needed cleaned out, which he did in less than 10 minutes. He was pleasant, courteous and professional. I would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue! He will shoot you straight and treats the customer with respect.

I Highly recommend Joe Lillis Plumbing. The company replaced the water heater and pressure valve. Eric the tech was on time and was very professional. The cost was reasonable. All-in-all, job well done.

I will be using this plumbing company again for sure! I had gotten quotes from a big-name company that added up to thousands of dollars of work, which was absolutely insane given how simple each of the fixes were. I didn't trust them at all, so I called Joe Lillis on a recommendation from a neighbor. Joe Lillis plumbing came out and gave me a much more fair price for the work, and even looked at the shower pull that the other company had said they would have to spend hours fixing and charges several thousand to do, and the Joe Lillis plumber said " it's probably just a cartridge that needs to be replaced, and I have one in my truck for this brand already." He had it fixed in about 20-30 minutes and for a fraction of the cost.
The plumber who serviced our house was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was very honest with us about the best fixes for everything.

Roger was awesome! We had an issue so we called and they were able to get him out the next morning. Super friendly, our new toilet was installed fast and looks / works great and gave us advice on how to deal with our ceiling which had damage from the leak. He also fixed our shut off values and our whole house shut off in a mere few hours - quick and professional! Hope to not need him again but if we do, will come back to this company / Roger!

After having used multiple plumbers in the past and always left feeling frustrated, Joe Lillis and Eric are far superior and awesome at what they do. Eric is highly skilled along with having great customer service. Eric made something that we were told was complicated, easy and affordable. Will definitely be using Joe Lillis in the future.

Great service! Had an issue with a cracked pipe on a hose spigot leaking into my basement. Tab fixed it extremely quickly & was great to work with. Very reasonably priced. They also worked with me on schedule due to work travel. Highly recommend!

I called Joe Lillis after a local plumbing, heating and cooling company gave us a $1900 bid for replacing our washing machine water valves. When I called, I got a preliminary quote of $225, though I was told that if they had to cut into the wall, the cost would be more. I texted a photo, got a quote of $500-$600. Tab from Joe Lillis came out when he said he would, did the job correctly, and reduced the price based on actual time spent on the job! Highly recommend for customer service and professionalism. Good work at a fair price.

I just had a kitchen faucet replaced by Joe Lillis Plumbing and was very impressed. I was able to get worked into the schedule the day after I called, and Eric left my house with the cabinet underneath my sink looking cleaner than when he arrived! I will not hesitate to call them for my plumbing needs in the future.

After purchasing the house I moved the washer and dryer downstairs. They put in all of the pipe work for washer at a reasonable price. I also had a leak in an upstairs shower and they quickly found the leak. I highly recommend them.

I called Joe Lillis Plumbing based on the positive online reviews. They lived up to their reputation. I needed a new disposal and also had a water spot in our garage below a 2nd floor bathroom. They spent time with me on the initial phone call describing how they would approach each job.

Eric and Jacob did an excellent job of installing two new sinks and accompanying faucets. They were knowledgeable, courteous and when they were done they removed all the old fixtures and packaging. In addition, they were able to suggest a new way to solve a gas valve problem on our fireplace without dismantling the stone facade. I highly recommend them—Joe should give them a bonus! I want to give a shout out to Eric & Matt. Both Eric & Matt was knowledgeable, meticulous in their line of work. They did an awesome job in replacing my Sub Pump, replacing pipes for my leaking shower, and worked on all my toilets. They knew what they were doing. And I did not think they were expensive; it was a reasonable price. Also, they were super kind and pleasant! Top-notch!
