Colton the servicer was friendly and professional. He got to work immediately to assess and clean my furnace. He let me stand by and observe his work and shared and described internal views with me as he did them. In addition to cleaning out the inside of the furnace, he changed the filter (my thermostat indicated a change was needed just as he arrived and I had one handy!). He walked me through everything and made recommendations afterward. I got a great deal through Lowe's, and appreciate the great service I received.

We ended up getting signed up at Lowe's for a furnace and air conditioning inspection however we were told that it was only one of the other. The lady at Lowe's assured us it would be both so be very careful so that you do not get deceived. As far as he technician he was very courteous and professional.

Travis from Hamilton did an outstanding job installing our sump pump. He is extremely skilled at his craft—one of the best plumbers I’ve worked with in my 63 years. I’ve owned seven homes, and his level of competency and workmanship truly stood out. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, clearly explaining what he was going to do, and whenever there was a change in plan, he discussed it with me before moving forward. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work and would highly recommend Travis and Hamilton to anyone needing plumbing services.

Jackson was very professional and understanding of all of our kids running around. He was able to get the repair done same day and had everything running perfectly before he left. Jackson definitely deserves a raise for how professional he was the entire time and how calm in our very hectic house with 5 kids!

I booked a furnace check-up through Lowe's for a great price. When I saw that Hamilton would be doing the check-up I was relieved, as they are a well-known firm with a good reputation. Juan was the tech that came out. He was personable, friendly, respectful of the home. His review was very thorough and he showed me everything he was doing and explained why. He showed me the images he was taking with his scope, and the pics taken with his phone. He helped me change filters (furnace and humidifier) and even vacuumed the dust and bugs off the unit. He made a few small adjustments and cleanings, but at the end my furnace is still functioning well and I didn't need any expensive repairs. Good experience, made better by a competent and friendly tech.

Tony was very Professional and knowledgeable. Came in with everything needed and asked all the rite questions.

Very fortunate I found Hamilton when searching for a plumber. Lost water to the house over the weekend. Jeffrey came out first thing on a Sunday morning and solved our issue. When installing he even added some other features to help minimize potential risks we may face. Very impressed with the communication, professionalism and overall willingness to solve our issue.

We ordered a new air conditioner and a new furnace one day and the next day they were here and took the old furnace and AC units out and put the new ones in. Great job guys. Thank you.

The best ever! Highly recommend! My new go to!!!! Communication was great. Alex was punctual and kept me up to date about arrival days and times giving me ample time to prepare. Alex was great! Very knowledgeable and clear in his explanations when I had questions. Very meticulous with his work and neat. Didn’t cut corners and slop thru just to get it done. He also did not leave the job site once he was here. He had all the tools and materials he needed for the job. No disappearing for hours.

Ross was great! He was very professional and friendly. He took our service call last minute towards the end of his day and took his time to educate us on what he was doing. He went the route that would cost us the least but still making sure our AC unit would work fine. I’d absolutely refer him. He even went so far as to come back to our house to make sure our gate was locked behind him as we have two young kids

Theo and Dragonfly are working my with our home warranty company. He was prompt and polite, he provided an explanation of the work needed.

I was anxious to get our disposal repaired through our home warranty company in a timely manner. Tim was able to come out , assess the situation and replace the disposal in a reasonable period of time. And, had two slow drains cleared. He was knowledgeable, friendly and neat. A very good experience!

Dragonfly come to my home to figure out how to get the sewer smell out of my basement.Brad was the technician , He was very informative and knowledgeable about what needed to be done appreciated his time and expertise.
I would definitely call them again. Only complaint was they couldn’t take a company check had to pay by credit card. Canceled checks are easier for me to file taxes with on the individual rental properties.

JT did a great job installing our new hot water heater. I was very pleased how he took care in making sure everything was free of leaks and completed correctly . Very professional and friendly.
