Technician was great!!! Actually listened to me when I explained the problem. Checked every possible place the problem could be. Was extremely courteous. Explained what it could be. Fixed the issue after 20 minutes. But stayed to make sure it worked correctly. Then took the time to explain maintenance I did not know about. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Price was best in the area!! Will use them again!!!

Tim came out and did a great job for me. He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it promptly. I would highly recommend him and this company for anybody looking for a plumber.

We have experience with Dragonfly with our personal home repairs. Our company we were using for sewer inspections for years doubled their prices. One of the calls we made for pricing were to Dragonfly due to our good experiences with them. They were extremely reasonable in price and Aric was not only personable, professional, and pleasant, but he went above and beyond the scope of work. We couldn't find the sewer cleanout anywhere and came to find out the previous owner had remodeled over the clean out and it wasn't accessible. Aric , with seller permission, was able to remove the basement toilet to complete the inspection. Not only that, but when he removed the toilet, he found out it wasn't squared with the flange and corrected that when putting the toilet back in position. 10/10

Dragonfly will be my first call for all sewer inspections with our real estate needs moving forward!

From initial communication to completion of the work, the staff at Dragonfly Mechanical were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. My specific project was on the plumbing side of the business, which isn’t listed as a service I can select below. The team member that came out to my house Knew exactly what to do and was efficient and completing the project.I will be using them again for future projects!

Brad showed up on time was very professional and extremely informative. He got to work and got the job done in a timely manner installing our water heater with no issues. I would definitely do business with Brad anytime.

We contacted Dragonfly Mechanical to install a kitchen faucet due to a leak and were given a quote over the phone. A text was sent with a photo letting us know Tim Stanley was on the way. Tim was very personable and very knowledgeable. The faucet replacement was a more involved process than expected but Tim took care of the issues and resolved our leak problems and we paid what was quoted. I would highly recommend Tim and Dragonfly Mechanical. We will use them again.

We went with Dragonfly after getting a MUCH higher estimate from another local, very large, HVAC company. We had equivalent systems installed and saved thousands of dollars verses the other guys. The service was prompt and Austin addressed all of our questions and concerns in the consultation, ensuring us that while we could "try to make the furnace and AC last" there were some legitimate concerns, making the investment worth the money. Financing is available, which made this possible for us. Not a lot of people have HVAC system money in their pockets these days. We're very happy with the install and looking forward to being nice and cozy in January and cool in July now.

We called our home warranty and Devin Gullege from Dragonfly came out to look at our furnace. It was running but not igniting. Devin asked some quick questions and went right to work. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, but unfortunately it was a control board that failed and they didn’t have the part in stock. But he talked me through the process and I’m hoping we can get the control board quickly and get the heat up and running. Devin was very personable, put up with my questions and our dog’s overly affectionate attentions. He seemed to be knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him. I hope I see him again very soon—with a brand new controller in hand!!

Technician was able to come quickly and solve our problem quickly. Dylan was great! He was kind and courteous, took the time to explain things, and made it a very simple process. I also appreciate that they have send you a photo of your tech and have them call you before they come. Definitely recommend!

Update, Excellent service today. Our technician Joe delivered a very thorough diagnosis outside and up in the hot attic and found the issues and explained everything in detail. Now we’re moving forward to the next steps, just waiting on the warranty company now. Very satisfied with our technician Joe and Dragonfly mechanical.

It was a pleasure to work with Brad, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He definitely has the best for his customer in mind, and worked hard to get a water heater warranty issue resolved.
