Anthony was able to move up our appointment a full day early. He diagnosed the problem and gave us multiple realistic options for a fix. He was easy to talk to and I would recommend his services

Jeff did a huge amount of excellent work for us. First he had to jack hammer out the rusted and plugged up drainage pipe from the washing machine to the main drain. Next he installed a triple water filtration system including a water softener, a Halo 5 UV filter, and a reverse osmosis system. Next he installed a new garbage disposer, a beautiful black granite sink and new delux faucet with a powerful sprayer, plus the special faucet dispenser for the reverse osmosis filtered water. He explained that if we used the softened water to water the grass and plants outside, they would eventually die from the salt from the water softener. He therefore left the exterior water out of the filtration system which involved some extra running of pipes. He also ran some extra pipes so that the water system and ice maker in the refrigerator would be fullly treated with all three systems. Each filtration system removes some of the pollutants but not all of them. Using all three systems we have pristine clean water. It was not an easy task to get all the pipes installed correctly. He went above and beyond the call of duty by installing the reverse osmosis system in the basement instead underneath the kitchen sink. Jeff deserves 5 stars for the excellent and thorough work he did. He even worked on Labor Day to get the job done quicker.

Nick helped us install 2 shower pans, new drain pipes, and spouts for 2 bathrooms. He was able to explain everything to us in a way we could understand, and he worked quickly so that we could finish our home renovation. Could not recommend them enough!

This was a huge job, running new sewer line, natural gas and water. Chris, Bradley and Tristin worked hard and had several visits from codes and passed with flying colors. They worked their tails off and finished on time and in great shape.

Anthony came out to look at a couple different plumbing issues I was having. He was very friendly and diagnosed the issue quickly. It was all done for a very fair price and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be calling them in the future if I have any other plumbing concerns.

I was in need of a sump pump motor replacement and the Bright Side fit me in and completed the work in the same afternoon. Anthony was great - he answered every question I had, was quick to perform the work, and thoroughly explained what he did after install.

Overall great experience with (James G from Brightside) he was very quick and transparent but was also helping us learned the maintenance of the plumbing work that was done, the pricing was very good compared to the others who quoted us! Just an image of the sink installation but we had all the plumbing in The kitchen and bathroom updated, toilet installed, the piping was all brought up to code and the sewer stack was replaced in just under two days. Very fast, very friendly and very affordable! I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you for all the help!

Bright Side Plumbing is fabulous. Our water heater broke on Christmas Eve morning, we called for help and Bright Side sent two technicians out within 20 minutes. They were an excellent team, while Dan left to get a new water heater and parts, Anthony drained the broken tank, disconnected and prepared the area for the new water heater, expansion tank, flue and shut off valve. Anthony and Dan were wonderful to work with, they cleaned up after installation, reviewed the installation and gave excellent instructions on how to adjust the temperature, turn on the pilot light (if needed) and explained the guarantee/warranty for parts and labor. I can not say enough about James! He is the best plumber I have come across in a very long time! Not only is he knowledgeable but he is very personable and a truly kind person! I never even looked for a second quote due to the way he presented himself to us! He never tried to push sales on me like other plumbers do! I don’t like someone who pushes me into things! I need what I need and that is it! He understands that customer service is what is keeps us choosing the company over and over again and not to mention who I will refer others too! Absolutely amazing service! James and Nick came out last Friday and broke some upsetting news that our sewage pipe collapsed. But today they came bright and early with the same positive attitude! Fixed our pipe and went above and beyond with filling the large hole. James made sure our yard was as flat as it could be and even left it better than it was! Thank you Bright Side Plumbing!!

Anthony E came to clean out a clogged line in my tub. He was on time and fixed my clog in less than an hour. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was also very pleasant. I would recommend Bright Side Plumbing in the future to anyone needing a plumber.

Had a great experience with Nick Chernioglo of Bright Side Plumbing! He replaced our old copper drain system, two of our old toilets and the sink in our vanity and did a fantastic job. He was responsive and conscientious had did really high quality work.

We have used Bright Side plumbing on two separate occasions and will definitely call them again with any future plumbing needs. They are prompt, up front with pricing and options and get the job done without leaving a mess. Dan Chritton was our plumber most recently and did an excellent job! Called Bright Side at 3:00 on Friday afternoon and Nick C. was at my house within an hour. He had a new hot water heater installed by 8:00pm, in time for out-of-town guests arriving over the weekend. Nick was polite, clean and great to work with!

Had the pleasure of meeting Anthony from Bright Side this morning to fix a thorny problem with our plumbing. But then again, aren't all plumbing problems "thorny"? In any event, he was smart, courteous, well-spoken, quickly diagnosed the problem, and just as quickly remedied it. The price charged was incredibly fair and that bears mentioning as well. I've not used Bright Side before, but in the future, they'll be at the very top of my list to call when I need a plumber. Can't recommend highly enough!

Dan from Bright Side Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing my hot water heater. The piping was perfectly aligned and looked extremely clean and professional. He was courteous, friendly, punctual, and very easy to work with. The pricing was also fair and transparent.

PS: Another plumbing company had originally recommended an incorrect repair, but Dan quickly diagnosed the real issue. By fixing the actual problem, he saved me a significant amount of money. I highly recommend him.

I recently moved into a home with an old water heater. The water heater failed on me approximately 7 days after purchase (go figure). It was 16 years old and not worth putting money into for repairs.

I have been using Brightside for years now and called them to see if they could do a water heater replacement. They came out, confirmed the same, and then that same day they replaced the water heater. They were punctual, knowledgeable, polite, and professional.

Nick and David did a fantastic job and now I have hot water in less than 30 seconds so love that!

Jeff's work was exceptional. He took the time to run multiple tests on my new furnace, ensuring it was safe and tuned for maximum efficiency, saving me a lot of money on heating bills! 🙌🏼 He clearly explained everything and, as a bonus, his tip on uncapped basement pipes finally fixed the odors that had been haunting my house. Top-tier expertise and communication!

After months of dealing with a mysterious gurgling toilet and occasional unpleasant smells from our upstairs bathroom, we finally decided to call in Brightside Plumbing — and I’m so glad we did.

From the start, they approached the problem methodically. Dalton and Jeff ran a full smoke test, cleverly blocking all vents except one to locate the issue. Sure enough, they found the leak right where another "professional" plumber had previously worked: under our master bathroom toilet. That plumber had used an auger months earlier and failed to notice the wax ring seal was damaged — something Brightside diagnosed quickly and resolved properly.

Dalton was fantastic throughout. Friendly, professional, and very clear in his explanations, he made us feel completely confident in the work being done. He and Jeff went above and beyond, replacing the damaged bolts from the earlier install and properly capping the toilet to ensure everything was sealed and secure.

Brightside wasn’t just competent — they were also fair. While weather caused a slight delay in the actual repair, they proactively offered a discount and applied a portion of the initial diagnostic fee toward the final fix. That level of transparency and goodwill is rare and greatly appreciated.

Now? The toilet is quiet, clean-smelling, and working exactly as it should. We feel like we finally have a go-to plumber we can trust. Brightside will absolutely be our first call for any plumbing needs from here on out.

EDIT: 01/26/2026 - Needed new support as we had a water heater system that was badly past its sell by date and needed replacing. Our plumber, Anthony, was knowledgeable, kind and helpful and discussed multiple options with pros and cons attached for the work. We trusted his judgement and in just about a half a day, he replaced our system with an expert level installation. Much continued trust and repeat business deserved for this excellent team.
