Jess was more than just helpful. She worked above and beyond to give us a fantastic buying experience. She was available after hours and always courteous. She made us feel more like family and Friends rather than just customers. All the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us pick out exactly what we wanted. I would return for anything we need in the future. Kohler quality is exceptional and the variety will fit any taste especially with someone like Jess to help us get exactly what we wanted

VERY Rude on the phone when trying to schedule, when we asked for a later time and one wasn’t available, we accepted the time we were offered, all in the same phone call might I add, they responded with, “well if you’re going to find someone else just forget it”. Just trying to give someone my business and that wasn’t necessary.

They replaced my main shut-off valve that was leaking. Great job and the water was back on in 45 min as promised.

Was able to get out quickly and at a fair cost but was more detail oriented than other plumbers I've dealt with, covering the hole created from the repair. Things like that separate one company from another.

This company does outstanding work. They will figure out the problem and explain what is happening, and if possible, show you with an in the drainline camera. And they are not trying to up lcharge you with things you do not need. #Favorite!

Neighbor referred them. The man was punctual, tidy, pleasant and it seemed like he did a good job in a reasonable time. Not sure how competitive the pricing was.

Came in on time, immediately identified the problem, and had it resolved within an hour and a half. Friendly service, gave plenty of feedback on my request. I will definitely be using this company and that plumber again.

Wow! A plumbing service that's prompt, friendly, professional, gets the job done quickly and leaves the job site cleaner than when they arrived! We had a stopped up kitchen sink that put a sudden stop to washing lunchtime dishes and doing an evening meal! Called Plumbline Plumbing early the next morning and a pleasant voice answered the phone...no recorded message here! The lady on the other end (Rachael) had us an appointment and an estimate of the cost in a flash. Brian showed up right on time and one could not ask for a nicer individual...very pleasant and easy to talk with. Went the extra mile to make sure everything was working correctly and kept us posted throughout the entire process. This is definitely the plumber to call whenever the need arises.

Dave is a Master's Master Plumber! There is no job that he undertakes that comes out less than perfect. A courteous, honest, true professional in every aspect. I have used him on multiple homes over the last 20 plus years and have always been happy with his quality craftsmanship. I hope he never retires.

We've had some issues with roots in our sewer pipes, they were able to clear them with hydro-jetting, which leaves the pipes completely clear, better than just a cutting snake. Very helpful and honest, and they do great work.

They're terrific. I owned a rental property for years while living across the country. Any time I needed them, they were there. They explained what I needed clearly and even on 2 occasions explained that I didn't need them. Now I'm back in town and continue to use them. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to explain things thoroughly.

By far the most unprofessional company I’ve ever experienced in 40 years. The son, Brian literally came unglued to the point where he said what are you going to do about it, indicating some sort of physical altercation.

They will never enter our home again, late to arrive, broke a gas valve and wanted us to pay for it and then threatened to leave after they tore apart the water heater.

Plenty of better options than this fly by night father and son circus.
