From my very first contact on the phone, to waving goodbye after the install, I received nothing but 5 star service. Mike and his crew (Dalton & Chase) were a joy to have onsite. They were respectful, knowledgeable and wasted no time. After we all walked my 8acres of property they got busy. They finished the install in 3 hours. Training the dogs was included in the pricing which was very helpful. I had a million questions and I never felt silly asking them. It is no exaggeration to say that we all had a good time with the crew from Heart of America Invisible Fence Co. I feel like I made new friends!

Heart of America is a great company! My technician came out and solved the problem after another group incorrectly diagnosed my furnace. This company is trustworthy and does a great job. In 45 minutes, my furnace was back up in running in the middle of 10 degree weather! Big win. Can’t recommend them enough.

Overall, my experience was that Heart of America Service Company is a customer centric company and all the folks were very pleasant to work with. They returned my calls promptly; the technician completed a full diagnosis and repair work on the first visit. I received follow up calls from the staff regarding the status of my AC unit and if it was working as expected. I also received calls from them to make sure I had received the new unit quotes that sales said they were going to deliver, which they did. I will definitely reach out again when I have future needs.
