HOA came out to repair our furnace. They worked diligently to repair my furnace, but we needed to replace the unit. They are reasonably priced and their employees, Josh and Ben were awesome.

We were having problems with our Aprilaire humidifier not working. Adam and Nico figured out the water valve was in the off position (thanks, other HVAC company). They instructed us on how to set the humidifier for winter and turn off for summer. They were a delight and their magnet has a permanent place on our refrigerator.

Everyone at HOA Service Company responded to our urgent need promptly and professionally. Options, costs, timelines, etc. were discussed and explained clearly. Installation plans were outlined. New furnace installation was completed promptly to restore heat with minimal inconvenience.

I had an excellent experience with this company. My repair technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. During the repair, I asked about the best thermostat setting for an empty house and he suggested 50°F but later followed up with a text after checking with someone else to confirm that 65°F would be safer. That kind of follow-up, especially on a Friday afternoon, really impressed me. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the right information. I’m very glad I chose this company and look forward to working with them again in the future.

We have used Beebe Heating and cooling previously for Spring maintenance, so when our AC stopped working overnight - I immediately called them. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to send someone out relatively quick the next morning and it was an easy quick fix. Nick was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable - I definitely would recommend them and will be using them again in the future!
