We had our heat and A/C replaced by them years ago and have had them out for yearly service calls. They are always timely, respectful, and do great work. Would HIGHLY recommend. They have always helped us find the best solution in an older home, charge fairly, are friendly, and never recommend something we don’t need. For fall service calls they always bring filter replacements and never use them pointing out our furnace is clean and we’re obviously on top of keeping it that way.

I have been using Efficient Comfort Services for 6 years now and am completely satisfied. My serviceman Brian is always very knowledgeable and experienced. Most importantly is honest and extremely reasonable with the costs. Would recommend always for any heating or cooling issues. Great company with great people!

Very honest and caring company,my father is dying of kidney disease and released from hospital only to come home to a fridged house, they came within an hour of our call and replaced ignighter and furnace filter!!! I recently used Efficient Comfort Services & had to share my experience. My heater wouldn't work, so I called a company out for service. Result was $500 part plus labor on 20yr system. So I decided to get bids for a new system. I had a company return my call & came out to my home that day, that hour in fact. They said this "bad part was in fact not bad - they fixed it in 20min for $100 when I asked them for a bid on a new system. EFFICIENT COMFORT SYSTEMS are the people you need to call. They said they wanted to treat customers like family & they proved to me they would. They could've sold me the new system like I asked for & thought I needed. Literally saved me 8-10k (for now which is huge) Plus local, small business a family business too. There was actually a dead bird in the exhaust motor. I never would've guessed. I will never use another company for my HVAC & water heater needs. UPDATE: Since this experience I've had them out a few more times and they've gone above & beyond every time. I ended up purchasing a new system & they impressed me again with their services, products - just everything. I will use them every TIME!

I had a brand new Rheem AC unit put in on my old house (built 1920) by Efficient Comfort. They were very professional and got the job done fairly quick. They also cleaned up after themselves which was appreciated because allot of businessmen in this line of work (home improvement) do not… just a couple days after my system was installed, all of the pipes coming from the unit outside to inside my home, froze up and the AC was not working. I called them and told them, they were here in less than an hour and fixed the problem straight away. This company is amazing, great communication, very fast while being great at what they are doing. I’ll be a forever customer of this company. Thank you!!

We called to have our AC checked because it was not keeping the house cool. We had a houseful of guests and Cody responded quickly and was able to
get it working.
He warned us that the AC would not last long and would need to be replaced due to the age of the unit and the Freon that it contained.
Sure enough the AC quit working and we called Brian and Cody and they replaced it right away.
We are grateful that they responded quickly and are professional and hard working.

Brian and Cody have been quick to respond and service my OLD AC unit over the past couple of years. This year I had them out a couple of times on the weekend when it was above 90 to service my AC. When it finally died, I called Brian on Saturday and they installed the new furnace and AC by noon on Tuesday. Unbelievable responsiveness and very patient to help with questions. Honest, hard-working, and fair prices. I recommend Efficient Comfort Services to anyone that needs HVAC service.

Called Efficient Comfort on a Friday night when our AC went out...reminder that it has been 90 degrees for 2 straight months in KC.

Cody answered right away and said he will be over first thing in the morning (Saturday!). Cody arrived on-time, ready to help. Luckily, it was just a malfunctioned fan blade and Cody fixed in for an excellent price. Was very happy we didn't need an entire unit, but I know who I'm calling when I do!

Brian and Cody with Efficient are hands down the best AC technicians I have ever worked with. They are knowledgeable, prompt, and and friendly. Their prices are exceedingly fair as well.

They suggested work that might need to be done down the line, but were not pushy at all with sales tactics. They even showed me some things I could do in the meantime to keep my AC running as efficiently as possible.

I am so glad I have a trustworthy company that I use for all my HVAC needs. It's so nice not to have to call around and ask for recommendations!

Efficient Comfort Services is by far the best HVAC family owned company. Our house got so hot and humid when our air conditioning suddenly stopped working. We called Efficient Comfort Services and they came right out. found the problem and fixed it right away. I have called the bigger companies before and they treat you like a number and then overcharge you for everything. Efficient Comfort Services is honest and they take the time to explain the problem and quickly fix it at a fair price.
I will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs.
