Knowledgeable, honest and thorough, William(Appliance Nerd) is the second tech I had out to my home, the first was another company, and he discovered and diagnosed the issue when the first tech was unwilling to even attempt to try to find. If you have appliance issues you need the nerd.

Honest and helpful! We have an under-counter ice maker that stopped working. Appliance Nerd was recommended to me, so we called them. He came out to look at it and suggested that I should use someone with extensive experience working on SubZero ice makers, then proceeded to call several other appliance companies to find someone knowledgeable to help me. He did not bill me for the service call. We appreciated his honesty and help sending us to an expert for our particular problem.

Will is the GOAT when it comes to appliance repair. I've had him out to fix our company ice maker and did not hesitate to ask him to fix the clothes dryer at my house. He's honest, dependable and simply the best at what he does. His enthusiasm is contagious and you won't regret calling Appliance Nerd for your appliance repair needs!

Chris Van Dyke came to our home and ordered parts for our refrigerator. Was very good about helping me take stuff out and put it back in. Very personable man. Explained a lot of things to me. I would call them back in the New York minute.

Will is indeed "The Goat". American Home Shield sent him to fix our washer. He was at my house at least three times because AHS was jerking him & me around. If its an appliance, and it is broke, HE "WILL" FIX IT. I would not hesitate for one second to have him back to my house. I can't speak to what his rates are because AHS paid for everything but he absolutely knows what he is doing. And he will be upfront and honest.

William was very friendly and showed up ready to fix my dryer. His wealth of knowledge about appliances was comfirmed with the diagnostic check of my GE Profile dryer. He was spot on the first time with trouble shooting a wire burnt in two to the heating element. He spent personal time with me going over my dryer and showing me future maintenance matters that I might look into. Also, he educated me with how to easily remove/replace the top for a dent that needed to be repair. I would highly recommend Appliance Nerd (William) for and home appliance repairs.

We have a warranty and because of Will and Appliance Nerd we were able to figure out the problem. They fixed it and even though it's a samsung, it's working great. Will has a bubbly personality and is a great representation of the company. Having him service our appliances makes it a great time.

We are so impressed with this company! The owner (Will) came out and replaced the freezer door on our Whirlpool side by side frig after the wiring to the ice maker at the bottom of the door had severed (this was a warranty claim). He could have stopped there, but he went on to remove all of the old door parts that still had life in them and left them with us in case we need them for replacements in the future. 10 stars!! We are so thankful that our warranty company chose Appliance Nerd! Now we will spread the good news of this company to others. May God bless this business!!!

Chris did a great job of diagnosing and repairing our failing water/ice dispenser. Very courteous and made all commitments. It was nice to talk with Kat to verify status. Imagine, someone you can talk with not voice prompts. Great job thanks.

My husband and I needed to have our dishwasher fixed because it was leaking into a room in our basement. We put a claim in through our warranty company and we are SO lucky that Appliance Nerd helped us out! Will was completely transparent with us because he genuinely loves doing what he does. He told us that figuring out the challenge is the best part for him. He quickly found out what the problem was and even fixed a few other problems that he just noticed while he was working on it. This company goes above and beyond for their customers and really knows what they are doing! I highly, highly recommend Appliance Nerd for any and all appliance needs!

I'm out of town and my mom's washer was needing repairs. Called and spoke with Kat who was friendly and efficient, but the tech (Will) who showed up for the call was extremely kind and respectful with my mother. He quickly diagnosed the issue gave us options on repair and allowed us time to decide which option we wanted to take. Will and Appliance Nerds have earned my business for any future appliance issues I have and I can't recommend high enough!

Appliance Nerd was hands down phenomenal. We have a refrigerator that is not a common brand and after many calls to local places and even the manufacturer for recommendations, no one would come out and take a look at it. Will, very kindly offered to come out and diagnose it. Him and the office were incredibly professional and responsive. I will use Appliance Nerd for my own personal appliance and business appliances moving forward.
