I couldn’t be more disappointed by appliance nerd. They said they would come out and diagnose my washing machine problem for a certain amount once they got there they decided they did not want to do it because it was I guess a job they just didn’t wanna do so they wouldn’t even diagnose it and let me decide if I wanted to fix it so unprofessional. I couldn’t believe it

Have used them to fix several appliances. I had to have them come fix a refrigerator after I had another appliance repair shop spent 2hrs trying to fix it then said they would have to return. Appliance nerd showed up spent 15min diagnosing the problem. Called me and told me the price of parts and labor to install them. Ordered the part came back when the part arrived and had it installed in 30min. They are true professionals and have excellent customer service.

Fantastic service and very reasonable price. My dishwasher was not cleaning, was explained the different areas the repair person would test and was shown and explained what the problem.
