Giving lower rating as I want to ask....what did you do to my new speed queen washer, not to mention the gashes left in my wall.
After two trips to fix a squealing noise, another trip to graciously admit the new problem was your error (and how lucky I was that you didn't flood my house), to when after leaving then, my washer wouldn't spin to wring the water from the clothes....
After numerous attempts of me trying to resolve this new created problem, i unplugged and went to bed.
In the morning, I decided to try again but start with a complete wash cycle not just spin cycle. I plugged in, and Success! When reaching the spin cycle, it actually wrung water from the clothes as it should (and did previously). Still not sure just the spin cycle works without full wash cycle.
HOWEVER, the initial call for service was simply about the noise during the spin cycle. My washer had no issues otherwise. Why would it...it's a new speed queen!
Guess what? After a couple trips to fix the noise by replacing the ring, which lead to another trip to fix the error made where I couldn't even use my washer, which happened in fixing the noise, which then resulted in the spin cycle no longer working, which was created when fixing the error made in fixing the noise......... the noise is Worse!
Perhaps you were right.....next time a noise starts, just live with the noise!
Wondering though....whose ordering me a new speed queen washer and repairing my walls? Truly sad!

The technican communicated very well with the work that needed to be done and was very punctual to his appointment. Will definitely be my first call for future appliance needs.

This is the 2nd time we’ve used Rick’s and we’re lucky to get Steven both times. He’s attentive to the appointment time, very friendly & professional, and thoroughly explains what repairs were done. And even had the replacement part on his truck!

Steven diagnosed the problem quickly and called for parts to be delivered to our house. There wasn’t a delivery driver available so Steven drove to the office, got the parts and returned. He would not have had to do that. He could have scheduled the repair and fixed it when he could. He didn’t want us to have a torn apart fridge. It’s really appreciated because it is 5:00 pm and he just left for his last stop. Had he not gone for the part, he could have left our house at 4:00 pm. I’m not letting my appreciation go unknown!

This was warranty repair, Ricks did a great job finding the parts that were needed and promptly replace them. The tech was very personable and did a great job cleaning up after the repair was made. We would use them for future repairs.

Our service was great- our service person (Westin) repaired both our fridge freezer and our dishwasher as needed. He was pleasant and courteous and cleaned up after he was done. He answered questions we had and knew what he was doing. Overall a great job and if needed we will call again!

Darryl came out last Friday to look at our washing machine. During the wash cycle, the spin would only come on for 5 seconds and shut off. He had two phones talking back and forth, his laptop runnIng severable possible codes and working diligently on trying to solve the issue. It turned out to be an inverter board, which they happened to have in stock and did not have to order. He was able to come by last Monday to install it. He did a great job and provided excellent customer service both visits. He represented Rick’s in fine fashion. Thank you very much for a job well done!

Devin was fantastic. We had trouble replicating the issue when he first arrived. Rather than just leaving, he patiently repeated the start process. Being familiar with the sounds the machine should make he discovered a piece of trim left from the previous dishwasher and after the trim was removed the machine again worked perfectly. The combination of skill, patience and professionalism was on full display. I couldn’t be happier! Thanks! I will ask for Devin by name the next time I have an issue.

Really, read the negative reviews and save yourself some headaches by calling someone else! I've used them once before for a dryer, and it went fine, but this time for a dishwasher he came and said a part had to be ordered. I paid in advance (silly me!!). I heard nothing from him, so around the time the part was supposed to be in, I started trying to call him. Occasionally I would get him on the phone and he always said "I have to check, and I'll call you back," but never did. Most of the time he simply did not answer his phone or texts, and the voicemail has not been set up. Finally I caught him and he claimed he had the part, came by at the time we agreed, stayed maybe 3 minutes and said he had gotten confused and brought a part for a different customer, and that he would be right back. That was several days ago, and I have again not been able to get in touch with him since. I'm out the cost of the part and the original service call since I have to call someone else to start over at the beginning. I wish I had looked, because despite some positive reviews, the number of negative ones and the content of them would have steered me away.

Did an amazing job fixing my washer. I was thinking I was gonna need a new one but he found the problem and got it fixed quickly.

We always call Larry's for all of our appliance repairs. They always know what's wrong and they fix it fast and at a reasonable price.

Set an appointment, no call no show. We called and sent a text, still nothing. Very unprofessional. He's on our no way list for our rentals in the area.

Daryl has serviced my home a number of times. He is puntical thorough and has reasonable rates. Great.

Great service, came when he said he would and let me know when he was going to be on his way. Fixed my oven in about 10 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Called and setup an appointment for the next day around 5pm at 5:30 we had not received any word from Larry’s so I called him first thing Larry tells me is I have a catch 22 and it will be closer 8pm before I could get to you. So on a Friday night my refrigerator with food in is setting because larrys Appliance could not stand behind their own words
