If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The repairman broke the water line to our refrigerator while working on it, it flooded our entire basement and when meeting with him and his manager they claimed it had nothing to do with them. Not to mention, our refrigerator is STILL not fixed after three visits. Save yourself money and call ANYONE else.

Thanks for letting the band parents come watch our kids at the Camping World Bowl! It was my first time in, we will be back. The sandwich was great, coffee a Godsend, and my teens loved the fries!

My dishwasher started leaking . they came out after a few days... Told me I didnt havete basket incorrectly and gave false indication that water needed to keep filling. Tech tightened it when ran dishwasher about 5 minutes. No leak he left. Within 10 min it started leaking. Water ran thru the 100 plus yr old floor to basement. Their insurancesaid It is not their fault! Attorney will be called. Floor is ruined . beware. Their insurance will not pay you for damages they did!

Will has been amazing we have had a long process still ongoing to get my dishwasher fixed. Will has been out 3 times and is still working to help me out Will and All brand will always have my business just and outstanding guy thank you Will!

I highly recommend this company if you need appliance repair. Will was knowledgeable, thorough and also had a great personality. He explained everything he was doing and the reasoning. I would definitely choose this group for any other appliance repairs I need.

Not great at all. They blew off my first appointment. Then asked me to take time off work to accommodate their needs to reschedule. Very unprofessional and clearly customer service is not a priority of theirs.

My Home Warranty Company (because they are now in the "repair not replace game now") sent out All Brand Appliance Repair to diagnose and repair my washer. Even though it took a whopping 33 days for it to get accomplished I must give a shout out to Dale because he had a tall task ahead of him and not only did he almost completely rebuild my washer, he cleaned up all the greasy mess in, on, around, and under my washing machine from what the defect had caused. This was a "major" undertaking and Dale accomplished it amazingly. Thank you Dale.

I have to say this company has been fantastic to work with. They are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. This is the 2nd time I have used them and again they have provided excellent customer service and repairs. Highly recommend and a forever return customer. I had an awesome experience with them!!! I had to have 2 different people come out and both were nice, but the second guy I felt like we were best friends he was awesome, very friendly, and knowledgeable! He had to get a part from the office that was closed so had to come back the next day, but kept in contact with me on the situation so I would be reassured i was getting it fixed. I called the office , no one answered and I didn't leave a message and they STILL called me back!!! I would highly recommend this company all around!!! They were awesome!!!!
