This family owned business gave us the nicest experience. We bought our fridge refurbished a year and a half ago and the freezer started giving out. Larry and Beth were genuine and thoughtful people. They were a blessing to have in our home and we would recommend their service to anyone who needs their appliance checked out and repaired.

I had a great experience following my freezer's failure. Erin kept me informed along the way. Scott was knowledgeable and professional. He even answered a few other general appliance questions. I recommend Able and Ready Appliance Repair highly. Will definitely call them again! Update 2023: Scott installed new control panel in my dishwasher. More than satisfied. Now, I'm eyeing my next fussy appliance, just waiting for it to give up. I know who I'll call.

We had an emergency with our clothes washer the day before our big move into our new home.
I contacted Able and Ready to see if they could come out that day to see if they could fix the problem.
Even though they were very busy they still made time to stop in to assess the problem with our front load washer.
They were unable to fix it that day, but they said they could have the part within 3 business days. True to their word they had the part, brought it to our new home and had it fixed in no time. Plus with a 1 year warranty for parts and labor. Their prices are reasonable and the customer service was outstanding!
I highly recomend this company for all your appliance repair needs.

Called late on a Friday night. Very nice person answers the phone. I explained my issue with my refrigerator. She consulted with her technician, who told me, more than likely there was nothing wrong with my refrigerator. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. She then talked to her tech who said he could be to my place in about an hour. I said let’s do it. Technician got there, told me that my refrigerator was fine, did not need a repair!! I only owed for a small service call fee. The dispatcher and the Technician were very respectful and honest the whole way through.I highly recommend them for any of your appliance repair needs! Thank you for taking care of my family!!!

Sean and Larry arrived at my house in Wichita to fix my LG Direct Drive Dishwasher. Service was prompt and the guys were extremely knowledgeable and honest regarding the repair. The service call and repair fee were reasonable with a 1 year warranty which is really nice. Larry also assessed a repair on a 23 year old Whirlpool washer and was very reasonable. I got lucky finding these guys . Highly recommend if you want a quality repair with a warranty at a reasonable price . Will definitely use again . Thank you, Larry Erin and Sean.

Able was responsive and managed to get me a tech same day for a fridge/freezer that was not working. Tech, Scott, was at the early side of the window and very helpful and informative. Issue was fixed and I was back up and running within an hour. I was extremely appreciative for tech’s willingness to do a same day call. He literally saved my bacon, my milk, my eggs….. I would recommend calling them first to see if they can help when you are under pressure. This was my first experience but I will use them again. They are friendly, helpful, responsive and apparently very reliable. Thanks guys!

I called Ready and Able and our Technician, Alex, showed up the next day. Alex was very knowledgeable about our appliance and explained in detail the work needed to be done in order to fix our appliance. We felt very comfortable with Alex being in our home! If we have anymore issues, we want Alex!Alex came as a technician, but left as our friend!!

My washer quit and we know we cannot survive without a washer!
I called and asked a few questions and made appt. 36 hours later I had a great running machine. The repair tech was polite, friendly and thorough explaining things to me. I will call them in the future, great people.

Scott just left our house and quickly diagnosed our oven issues - our whole experience with this company was phenomenal. Prompt response, reasonable price for a service call, professional and friendly. Would absolutely use them again!

Finally, an appliance repair business that has integrity, expertise, professionalism, friendly demeanor and reasonable prices. Wahoo!

So happy to find Able and Ready Appliance Repair. They are great at setting appointments, calling when they are on the way, communicating what needs done and then getting done in a timely manner.

They came to diagnose a washer issue. He turned the water on and spent less than 5 minutes and told me it was 1 issue. Charged 106 for a diagnosis that was incorrect. He did not tell me there was a leak as he did not truly look for more than a couple minutes for the leak to start happening. Water leaked out behind my washer for over a week before I found the problem myself but tons of damage to the floors. When I texted about this received no response. Not even an apology or a solution. Do not use these people if you have any other option

They called and got back with me about this. Big miscommunication and i am so glad they got it solved. I got lost in the sauce and had texted the technician not the business owner when I went to ask about the leak. After reviewing i thought they just were leaving it alone, never expected a reply a few months late! They were very professional, and even offered consolation for what happened. I appreciate someone who can make a situation right even after the fact. Thank you for getting back to me

I called to book an appointment for my washer repair, and I spoke with Erin. She was so lovely to talk to and was very knowledgeable and honest about my repair situation. I let her know I had a potty-training toddler at home, and going without a washer wasn't an option. Very friendly, down to earth folks! We will be calling back in the future!

Scott came to repair our refrigerator in Bel Aire, and was so professional and polite in our home, not to mention prompt. He was rooted in determination to diagnose the problem and very efficient in taking care of the repair, at a reasonable cost. The office contact, Erin, is so friendly and accommodating. We felt she really respected our dilemma and worked very quickly to get Scott out to our home. I highly recommend this company for appliance repair, hands down.

I called and spoke with Erin about needing my dishwasher repaired and was able to get an appointment very quick. That was awesome. Alex came out and knew exactly what was needed to fix the issue. The part was ordered and here over the weekend. I am so pleased with the courtesy and professionalism shown by Alex. He was respectful and considerate the entire visit.
