These guys are fantastic! They were able to get out to my house quickly and I thought they were very friendly and professional. The 1 year warranty on my fridge that comes with their service is a nice perk too! I can't recommend this company enough!

Fantastic business, highly recommend. I got friendly, professional, same day service when my dryer went out. Larry had things back up and running in no time and showed me everything he was doing along the way. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

These guys are awesome, extremely friendly and very fair. There was something they couldn't complete and they wouldn't even charge me for the estimate. Clearly more interested in building clientele than making a quick buck. When the owner was leaving my house, my dog ran out and he chased him 2 blocks to catch him. Will recommend to anyone. Try them and see for yourself.

Scott quickly diagnosed my refrigerator issue and got it fixed. Very professional and outstanding customer service. Exceeded expectations. I definitely recommend them and will use them again!

One component on the motherboard of our range and burned up. Rather than replacing the entire motherboard, as would be the typical repair method, Larry was able to replace just the single relay that was burned up, saving us $500. Easily could have meant a new range, instead it was the best $100 we have ever spent. They were very responsive and worked with our schedule. On time, quick work, and a long lasting repair! Hire Larry every time. You won’t regret it!

The whole experience through Able and Ready was awesome! The name says it all—very knowledgeable and competent technician (Able with a capital A) and prompt, same day service (Ready with a capital R!) When our refrigerator quit cooling on a Friday afternoon, they had it fixed on Saturday. Courteous, friendly, efficient. Thank you, Able and Ready Appliance repair.

Able and Ready was very professional and knowledgeable in the dryer and the process to get warranty work done. Everyone we interacted with were polite and professional from the lady who answered the phone to the technicians that came out to the house to assess and complete the repair. I was going to fix my dryer myself but had no idea where to start lol since it was a different dryer that I was not able to fix. Called Able and Ready appliance a day head and they came over and checked out what was wrong with it .Scott told me what was wrong it and gave me quote and order part for the dryer. Next day i had a call from able and ready appliance that there ready to install part. Fast,affordable, knowledgeable, friendly. 10/10 would recommend

We have only positive things to say about our experience with Able and Ready appliance. They could have put me of but they came quickly and repaired two washing machines. They were efficient and very knowledgeable. They were kind, professional, and skilled at their craft.

Larry and Sean made a trip out to our home in Rose Hill, and even with not being right in Wichita, we didn’t have to wait for an appointment. They got us in right away. They were very courteous and worked quickly to get the repair done. Plus they used good COVID precautions. We will use them again for future needs!

update: We had another problem with our Dryer not heating. They came out diagnosed and didnt have the correct equipment to repair. We were leaving town and needed it done that night. They ended up coming back with the equipment at 9:30pm and were "able" to get it fixed for us. They will really go out of their way to keep their customers happy.

Able and Ready was wonderful! Scott and Larry came out right away, were very knowledgeable, and were honest when they discovered that it wasn't a bad bearing as they initially thought, but simply a screw from a pocket that had fallen through - a much less expensive repair.

Larry also let us know about a possible recall on our refrigerator and how to go about checking into it. Erin was extremely helpful with that process and helped us get that ball rolling.

I called Able and Ready on a Thursday afternoon and they came out first thing the next day. Vince was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain why my oven didn't light and then made the repair in a very timely manner and thanked me for using them. They are very fortunate to have him on their team. I would recommend them for all my repairs.

I am so very happy and pleased with this company. My washer stopped filling and I called Able. They sent scott to check it out. He was so nice and knew his business.he told me the part I needed was not at his store. He ordered it and when it came in he was at my house to install it.He is so well mannered an very honest. I wasn't charged for the cost of the visit the first time he came. All I had to pay was parts and labor. I'm 82 years old and he is one of the nicest and well mannered young men I ever had come to my home for repair. This company is family owned and know how to keep customers very happy. I recomend this company to anyone that needs appliances repaired. They are definitely a 5 star rating.

I was very happy with the timely service to fix my Maytag Bravos XL Washer. When quoted the price before ordering the drain pump, Vincent was very up front about the charge and investment to my washer with longevity given its 8 yo now. He has a lot of knowledge and very friendly with service provided. The only thing I will mention is the invoice was not broken down into parts and labor. That was disappointing to see. If I kind of estimate using top price of pump, seems a little on the high side. But overall, I’m happy with the turnaround and hope my washer lasts another 8 years w no problems!

We contacts Able and Ready to help with a stacked washer/dryer unit. They came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to get the replacement part within a couple days. They came out to replace the part with no issues. I am impressed with their warranty policy as well. Thank you for being quick, courteous and helpful! We will use them again!

I had such a wonderful experience. I called to have my washer and dryer looked at and Vince, the technician, came and was able to repair my dryer. He was very informative and kind. Larry with Able & Ready did a phenomenal job with the repair on my 20 year old Kenmore dryer. He went above and beyond to educate me about preventative maintenance to keep my dryer in top working order for years to come. Living in Andover it can be hard to find companies to service this area. In Dec 2020, our French door Frigidaire refrigerator completely broke and even didn't realize it stopped functioning since we used to hear intermittent usual sound from the thermostat stop and start. We have to throw all the stored food, vegetables and meats in that freezer. We called Able and ready appliance repair, and, they sent Mr. Sean to diagnose and provide suggestions. Mr. Sean was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly inspected and provided us an initial assessment and estimated repair cost associated with all possible type of failures. He then did an awesome job and we were very much satisfied with the repair and the cost of repair was affordable considering the life of refrigerator. Superb service! Larry and Bear were professional, kept in good communication with me, were efficient, and knowledgeable. My washer broke and they knew immediately what the problem was. They replaced the transmission, along with another issue, and l couldn't even tell they had been here except for the fact that my washer now worked and the other issue they resolved made my washer much quieter!
