Our technician Ryan has done a wonderful job. He came in and fixed three of our appliances quickly and efficiently, on top of doing a great job with out equipment he was very kind and personable! Highly recommend

Ryan is the best! In the restaurant business, we see a lot of technicians, and he’s got great customer service down to an art! Ryan is knowledgeable and friendly...and is the first one we call when we have a problem. He came to fix our oven and had it back in working order in no time, and also took the time to show us how it broke and how to prevent it from occurring again. You couldn’t ask for anyone better

Charged me $300 to come look at my mixer. Then had to call a couple times to find out if they were going to order the part or if it was coming or if they were going to fix it. A week later they let me know it’s out of stock. $300 for someone to come stand and stare at my mixer for 10 min. Pretty ridiculous.

Your reply to this review doesn’t offer me any comfort. Thats as generic of a response as they come. You said you needed a credit card on file to come out and take a look at the scope of work. You then charged me without any notice or even explanation or even making me aware of any amount needed for you to come out. If you’d at least have said “hey it’s $289 for us to come even take a look at it that’d be one thing but you guys didn’t even mention an amount of money (even when I asked the tech who came out what he thought this would cost, he said his supervisor would reach out to me). I still haven’t received a receipt or invoice. “Making you aware?” That was what my phone calls trying to get you to tell me if you were coming to do the work were for. The review is because you take advantage of small businesses.

Was able to diagnose a problem that another company misdiagnosed. Also showed up on time, while the other company failed to return for the scheduled repair. The tech got it figured out very quickly and saved us quite a bit of money.

Candice is always very helpful with scheduling information, pickup dates and serviced units that are ready for pick up. She watches my account to notify me of high cost part orders so that i have an opportunity to verify that expenditure is approved.

Service Technician Jason, has been a great asset to us, he is prompt, thorough and very knowledgeable. Jason's repairs are accurate and dependable. He is a good fit in our school environment.

I am very disappointed in this company. They cancelled on me once because of a more serious issue, which was fine. However come the next day when they were supposed to show up nobody came. I called and she said it was supposed to be at 10am and was running late at another job and it might be closer to 11am. When 11:30am came around I called them again and was told that he would be there after he made a trip to pick something up, what do you know, nobody showed up. Once again I called and nobody answered so I cancelled the appointment. This company needs to practice being more customer oriented and showing up when expected.

I called to help my father in law make an appointment and they were very nice on the phone. They arranged everything but didn’t show up on time so I called and was told they were delayed. Understandable when everyone I called has weeks of work booked. They gave another time and missed that too. At that point I just assumed they weren’t coming. At 10pm they called and said they were on the way if we were ok with it being that late. Needless to say we were fine with staying up to get same day service instead of waiting over the weekend. The technician was fantastic and to come at 10:30 on a Friday night was way above and beyond. With that being said I would have given 5 stars if the communication was better.

I called just before 3pm and they arrived by 5 pm. Followed Covid precautions, quickly and cleanly determined and fixed the problem. Thank you for such Great Service. We will definitely call again the next time we have an appliance issue.

Able and Ready are the BEST!! They are responsive, professional and “on time”. I can’t say enough on how pleased I am with the service on my oven and will definitely call them for any other appliance repairs in the future. .

These guys were awesome and fixed my Bosch dish washer in Andover Kansas quickly even left my with many samples to use ! Awesome quick efficient work! Will be calling again in the future!!

They had repair guys out to me the day after I called, they made sure to stay in contact with me so I knew exactly when they would be arriving. And they fixed my washer quickly and inexpensively.Very happy with this conpany and would highly reccomend.

Burner on stove and laundry washer broken. Able and Ready Appliance Repair fixed stove with paperclip (no charge) and washer in a few minutes. Great service, reasonable price and attitude. They now have all of my repair business. Highly recommended.

Scott did a great job on our washer. Was very professional, knowledgeable and timely. We will call Able and Ready again for sure.

They did an outstanding job taking care of our dishwasher. Diagnosed it in less then an hour, ordered part and had it fixed within an hour of receiving the part. Highly reccommend.

We were having issues with a Spa tub in one of our rentals. Had no idea who to call so we contacted three different Spa dealerships in Wichita. Their suggestions ranged from the tub need a new circuit board (which they could not locate) to the tub cannot be repaired. I did a Google search one last time and found Able and Ready. They came out, found out that the GFI outlet was faulty, replaced the outlet and resolved the problem. Thank you very much. I will for sure use them again. Saved me from replacing the entire Spa tub. PLUS, I love supporting "The little guys" mom and pop businesses. Bonus...thanks for the job well done.

Able and Ready fixed my issue with my dryer immediately and even pointed out an unrelated issue that would have cost me lots of extra money in utility bills. They were efficient and fairly priced. I definitely recommend them for any appliance repair.

Larry and Erin came out to diagnose my dryer's issue. They came out 2 hours after I called on a Saturday! Unfortunately, they found that the issue would be more expensive to fix than the dryer was worth. I would definitely use them again because of their honesty.

Family operated businesses have never let me down, and this was one of the best experiences yet. What great people providing great service. Honest, upfront and very informative.
