Very kind!! He was thorough with his troubleshooting. He gave some good feedback regarding the issue with our washer. Would recommend!!!

Service was great. Steven Tech #15 was very friendly and installed parts in a timely manner. Micro Wave is older and parts are harder to get. Now I have my counter space back. We had extra micro wave on counter until we got this one repaired. I will always call Rick's. They have been in business for a long time and they know what they are doing.

Absolute worst experience imaginable. Had a fridge repaired under warranty. Did not get fixed. Second attempt. Did not get fixed. I have taken off work two days and still have a broken fridge that should be repaired under warranty. So what now? Take off a third day of work and pray it gets fixed this time? Call someone else you will thank me later.

Phillip was very smug when I called to find out why an oven warranty replacement had not been fulfilled. He said their ticket was closed and they have "washed their hands of it" and I would have to contact GE myself. Very dissapointing customer service.

Westin tech #23 was very efficient and communicated very well on what needed to be accomplished during the service and why. He was very friendly and personable. I’m confident that when he was done with the job things were done correctly. However, if issues were to arise, he would be back asap to correct them. Very pleased with the service overall.

I’ve used Rick’s before and usually had good experiences, but the last visit was disappointing. The repairman who came out seemed annoyed from the start and had no interest in being there. He didn’t listen when I explained the issue and even ran the diagnostic test incorrectly (he never closed the door & hit start). Because of that, he assumed the part was broken when it actually wasn’t. I tested it myself afterward and confirmed that part was working fine and even tried telling him to come back in and look at it as it was working fine and he just didn’t hit start; however he had no desire to come back in and didn’t. Absolutely horrible customer services and respect for the customer.

I’m pretty handy and fix most things myself, in fact, the only reason I even had Rick’s come out was because the appliance was under warranty. Unfortunately, this technician came across as unprofessional, dismissive, and not very knowledgeable.

Darryl resolved my washing machine issues with no problems and in a very timely manner. I was very impressed how well he was instructing a new technician. I appreciate someone who takes the time to train new people in their field. I have used Rick’s for years and everyone has been great, but Darryl did an exceptional job today. I would recommend Rick’s to everyone.

They destroyed my two year old propane KitchenAid range. They changed out the propane regulator few days before Christmas and did not tighten down the tubing into the regulator. I smelled the leak and tightened it down when I was working above my stove. When I put my 22# ham in to slow bake on Christmas day flames were shooting up to 6 inches high inside my oven. Photos attached.
On January 2nd the two men were back to replace two stove top burner valves. I showed them the photos that I had taken. They totally ignored them.
I have written a letter and mailed it on 1/11/2024, to the owner and manager of Rick's Appliance Service and have not received a reply.

Weston was very informative and made sure everything was put back perfect and operational before he signed off on it. Will be requesting him in the future if other appliances need some TLC.

Very thorough very helpful ordered the parts and had everything installed. No mess left whatsoever! We are back up and running so glad we called!

2 visits and can’t fix a gas oven. Hmm…
The final cost was more than a brand new stove!
May or may not reimburse for parts that I paid for not to mention the service call $110.00 for nothing and the step stool the giant technician broke. 2 weeks later and thanksgiving is next week!

Rick’s Appliance (Dalton) fixed the water dispenser and ice maker on our Whirlpool refrigerator. Very happy with the work, was punctual, professional, & informative. Would use their services again and recommend them to others.

Darryl came out to fix our washing machine. I had done some trouble shooting and had an idea what the problem was. I’m not appliance guy so had no idea about fixing it. Darryl was incredibly thorough and diagnosed the problem. We had to wait on a part so he came out the next week and fixed it. Not only was he professional and did a great job fixing the washing machine, but he also gave me great information about regular maintenance items on the machine. I also asked him about a couple other appliances and he again provided me with great information on maintenance and best brands to purchase. The money I spent having my washing machine fixed will pay for itself over and over again with the information I got from Darryl. I HIGHLY recommend Rick’s and Darryl.
