Wonderful experience! I had Will come over and he was polite, respectful, and worked quickly while explaining everything he did to me. He is a life saver and a fantastic worker! I hope his company sees how good of a worker he is!!! Absolutely happy customer! My AC was back to working within 2 hours! He cleaned it for me and made sure all was well before leaving! Fantastic man!

They ruined my AC and added an extra capacitor when my capacitor was never even out. A week later I had to buy a new air conditioner unit. And charge me 200+ to put the very small capacitor that was not needed. And it was ruined because the new AC guy told me that. He showed me the original capacitor that is still on my unit was nothing wrong with. You guys added the small one which fried it. And it wasn't bad luck it was bad business.

The service man was nice and professional. He explained things to me he didn't have to. THANK YOU. Its hard to find good service nowadays.

What a great team at Epic heating and Air. Our daughter was having furnace troubles and the unit was 20 years old and the AC was a 48 year old carrier. Will came out for a service call and did his best to identify the problem but being its age we decided to get a new AC and furnace. We visited with Justin on Monday and the install was Tuesday. Preston and Aaron did a fantastic job , friendly, polite and very efficient. Thanks Epic!

This is the 2nd time I have used Specialized Services for my ac, the first time was 10 years ago and the only reason I didn't go back was because I couldn't remember who I used! I had great service both times at a very reasonable price. They are honest, #1 on my list. Tom was a very pleasant technician and I will request him next time if I get the opportunity! Doesn't really matter though as I am loyal, when I find a company that treats me right and I will stay with them! I'm so glad I found them again! I highly highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

They have come out to repair my dryer vent, did an amazing job, above and beyond. Then today Brandon came out once again and fixed my A/C unit. Amazing customer service, amazing work! So thankful for everything these guys do! Just outstanding, above and beyond type of people! Brandon is awesome!! He has no problem answering any questions and attending to any concerns you may have! I've been a customer for approximately 2 years. Everytime I've had a problem with my furnace or my air conditioner Specialized Services came out that day to fix it. It is time I have to replace my HVAC system and Brandon has been amazing to work with. This is a family owned company that honors their word - you can count on them to give you the very best service.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Specialized Service today! Our heat went out last night - I called another company first - as they had been out earlier this month to inspect the heater, but they wouldn't even try to fix it (it's from 1974 - and electric), but were happy to send out an estimator to determine what a new system would cost. I did some online research for another company that might know something about these older units - and ended up calling Specialized Service where I had the pleasure of speaking with Dave. Told him the situation, and he said he'd make sure to have someone to me as soon as possible, and just made me feel like he cared a great deal about whether our family was warm or not. He knew he had a mid-afternoon opening, but was hoping to be able to get someone to me that morning - this was a bit before 10am. Within moments of hanging up the phone with Dave, I received a text that a serviceman was on his way - gave his name, a had a location tracker to see an ETA. Before I could even click that link, Dave called me again to let me know Brandon was on his way and would be there in about 20 minutes. Brandon arrived probably even faster than 20 minutes and was just incredible. Within minutes of walking in our door, I was ready to adopt Brandon. Great guy - very personable - and clearly knew what he was doing. He had to run back to the shop for some wire, but came right back and managed to fix the "unfixable" heater. After getting the heat working - Brandon stopped and told us that he could go further (only one of the two sequencers was working - the other had not been working for a while), and gave us an estimate of how much the work had already cost (VERY reasonable), and how much it might cost if he (with a remote assist from Dave) kept working to try to bring that sequencer back from the dead - with no guarantee of that actually being possible. We elected to leave it as is... and asked for an estimate for a new system - we knew we needed a new system, but were trying to keep the old beast running a bit longer for financial reasons. During that process, Brandon was thorough and thoughtful and gave us estimates for two different systems for us to choose from. As we tried to decide on what to do, we called Dave about a thousand times with all kinds of questions - and no matter how many times I called or questions I asked, Dave was always very kind and patient. We have started the process to purchase a new system from them - I can't imagine doing business with anyone else. These two men have restored my faith in the service industry with their kindness and concern and honesty. I am truly impressed with the work Brandon did and the service both he and Dave provided. I would highly recommend them!!

The gentlemen were polite, professional, and patient with my grandchildren as they took care of our heating unit.

Called on Thursday and they were out on Friday, fast service, replaced Freon and installed my thermostat I had purchased, technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend this company for heating and air.
