The two techs that came out were very respectful & courteous. A thorough explanation of the repair and replacement (should I choose that option) was given to me. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I was referred to this company by my fiances boss who knows the owner from church and I called at 9am cause my AC had not been working properly. The lady who answered the phone was super nice and took all my info and got me a tech scheduled to come 2 hours after I called. Then JaMikell was the guy who came with another guy and they were both just crazy friendly and get me informed on what they were doing. As a bonus JaMikell is a dog lover and when I mentioned my dogs he immediately asked what kind of dogs I had and told me about his and then loved on one of my dogs when he was inside taking payment and telling me about the service. I was so stressed about having to get someone out to service my unit cause I have heard so many horror stories. I could not have asked for a better experience! Quick service, reasonable pricing, and just WONDERFUL staff. Will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Brandon came out and ran a quote for us the next day after contacting them. Was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. He was prepared to start on the project that same week. However, we opted for the next week. He sent techs out for the installation, I'm sad to say I didn't catch all 3 of their names, but they too did a phenomenal job. They were able to troubleshoot problems they ran into with minimal effort. They were on time and all around a great crew of guys who worked very hard at getting our new ac and furnace up and running! I would highly recommend Brandon and his team for any hvac needs! What stood out to me from other companies i have received a quote from was how personable they all were. They weren't there just to do a job or just to get a quote, and thats why we chose them amongst others, and I'm happy to say we weren't wrong in that decision. Keep up the good work guys! One of our air conditioning units needed Freon and we called Specialized Service to see if they could come look at it. Within 24 hours We had a very knowledgeable technician at our home getting us up and running! We have had them out before and everyone is very knowledgeable in what needs to happen. They are conscientious about our flooring in our home and clean up after themselves. Please give them a try because you won’t regret it!

My A/C went out, of course, on the weekend!

Joe is the technician that completed heating check up and maintenance. He is extremely thorough, professional, and quiet capable of handling any issues concerning heating issues (this was what he completed on our system today) I highly recommend Joe at Specialized heating and air.
