I have only good things to say about this company. Both times I've needed help on short notice, Brandon has come out within the hour to fix the problem. He's an angel on earth, as far as I'm concerned! Not only is he good at what he does, he's a genuinely good person! Thank you, Brandon, for being professional, kind, a little funny, and an ear to listen to this soul who needed someone present.

Joe was my AC tech. My AC unit wanted to work but continued to kick off. I thought it be a compressor issue. But Joe showed up, tested everything and made sure my unit was all good. Just needed a good clean up. Must of been a ton of debris from all the crazy rain and wind lately. Plus he came inside and replaced my air filters too! He told me about their amazing spring and fall cleaning program. This company will come check out your unit and clean the ac and furnace to get ready for the following season. It a heck of a deal!! He tested everything and worked really hard on my unit and the price was beyond amazing. I paid less than $200 for him showing up, testing everything, and cleaning everything for one hr. Plus my next clean up will be the same. Can’t wait to see them in the fall and be part of their 6 months tune up program. Any other place would charged an arm and a leg and this company will not!! Going to tell everyone about my amazing experience!

I recently entered into an annual service agreement with Specialized after thoroughly evaluating multiple options, and I am pleased with my decision thus far. I selected Specialized following extensive research and inquiries with several companies. Key factors in my choice included their A+ Better Business Bureau rating, outstanding Google reviews, competitive pricing, and the professionalism of their office staff. Additionally, as I anticipate needing to replace our air conditioning and furnace systems in the near future, I valued that Specialized is the only authorized dealer in Wichita for American Standard. My research into various HVAC brands revealed that American Standard, much like Specialized, offers high-quality products at reasonable prices, supported by a robust warranty. In comparison, while Trane is also a reputable brand, it tends to be more expensive, and Consumer Reports indicates that American Standard has a stronger historical reliability record. Joe, the technician, has serviced our AC and furnace on two occasions, and I have been thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and expertise. Additionally, Heather in the office has consistently been courteous and responsive, enhancing my overall experience with the company.

Joseph did a great job diagnosing the issue with our humidifier. He explained the repair needed and replaced it. He was very polite and efficient. Specialized Services is our go to for A/C and Heating needs.

They were very nice. They got me an appointment very quick. I was told about what service would be good to do at this time of year. They told me about the packages they had for yearly services. I decided on the yearly package. The service tech that came was very nice. He answered all the questions I had about my unit.

Joe was very knowledgeable and thorough, explained things very well! Also very personable and polite! I appreciate Brandon getting to me so quickly because I only called around noon and he quickly took care of me as usual, I have been a customer since 1971!

Make sure you tip the guys because they are a rare breed and we need their skills.

Jay was AMAZING! He listened to my concerns, did a throughout job servicing my heating unit and even gave me feedback about the unit. I really appreciated his friendly demeanor, professionalism and quality of work.

As always Specialized Services did an excellent job. Joseph was thorough and professional. It was a little chaotic. I had some update home repairs happening simultaneously. Joseph did the service, consulted with me a couple of times and my favorite part made electronic payment through Apple Pay available. I can always count on Specialized Services.

Specialized came to my rescue the same day I called. Joe replaced the heating ignition element and ran a few test runs. My home was back to being warm and comfy in no time at all. It always feels good to know that for over 2 decades, Specialized has always served me well.

I woke up to a cold house. Something was going on with the furnace. I called Specialized Services when they opened and they were able to send out a tech, 1st appt for the day. Had to replace a switch on my furnace which he had on hand. It was a quick fix, now back in working order. Warming us up again.

Such a great group of people. Kind, honest, experienced and competitive. Joe did a very thorough maintnance job and found and explained the issue with our furnace and replaced the part in the same visit. He's very knowledgeable and they will not overcharge you. They have excellent prices compared to the other companies I called. I wanted to avoid a huge hvac company where you don't know who you will get. I'm happy to have found them and to support this local business!

This was Browns heating in Wellington, ksHad him come out last week. He just lit. Doesn't get under house anymore.
Had major fire from floor furnance. Called another Company and huge hole in gas line. Spent the money to put in New floor furnace!! Done!!

Our attic fan was out, and they fixed it right along with the AC. Two birds, one stone! So convenient.
