We have an old A/C unit that needs some TLC from time to time. Jay from Spiker has been incredible both times he's been out. Very honest, reasonably priced & professional. The first time, I thought the unit needed re-charged, he tested & it looked fine. He could've easily taken advantage of an unknowing consumer but he didn't. The 2nd time, he worked some real magic fixing a broken connector deep down at the compressor. I'm impressed! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Outstanding service! I called at 7 am to request service for my AC. The lady that answered the phone was very friendly and able to schedule a tech to come that same afternoon. Jay called 15 minutes before arrival and diagnosed the issue right away. He gave me two options for repair, at a very reasonable price. Jay had my AC working within 30 minutes. HIGHLY recommend this company!!!! Thank you!!

Our A/C unit stopped working on a Wednesday evening so we called on Thursday morning to have them come out. Said they would be out Friday and showed up Friday morning to fixed it. I would recommend Spiker to everyone as they are true to their word when they will show up, very knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable priced. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

They are always very fast and very responsive. I have had a couple different AC emergencies over the past few years, and they are always out that day, and they have had the piece needed on hand. They're very friendly and always professional. two thumbs up.

They are the place I call first if I have any issues or need something done with my air system. I've used them since early 2018. They are quick, explain options and what needs to be done and why. They get the job done well and for a fair price. Great customer service.

We just had a baby, and our ac decided to give us trouble. We couldn't have our baby chilling in this heat and they came on a Sunday to help fix our ac. They've come help us with both our ac and heat and few times and have always been quick and so helpful. Would recommend Spiker everytime

The two young men who came to service my mother's A/C unit were prompt, very polite, professional and efficient. I have used this company in the past and had a great experience with them at that time, also. Their office staff is also very responsive and conscientious. Everytime I called the office, I received prompt and courteous treatment. It's hard to find companies like this nowadays! I highly recommend Spiker Heating and Air. After fighting with my home warranty company for a month trying to get my A/C fixed the only bright spot was dealing with Spiker Heating and Air. They responded the same day and their techs were knowledgeable and friendly. They kept me abreast of the steps being taken to repair my machine and completely solved my problem. Their service was fast, professional and I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I was trying to sell my house and didn’t want to spend too much in repairs. Spiker Heating & Air came out and found a way to fix the heater to help it last longer for the next person to own the house and to keep me from having to purchase a whole new system.

Untrustworthy. Will rip you off. Charged my grandma $150 to “clean the unit”. Had another company out only to find out it was never cleaned to begin with. Will make sure anyone I know in the future knows how these people do business

Kenneth installed a HALO unit in my house. I have terrible allergies. This unit has cleaned up the air and I am off most of my allergy meds. He was fast, efficient and explained the unit well. When I cook fish or bacon the smell doesn't linger on for days! I love this unit. Thank you !!!!

Spiker's estimate came in at one-half of what a couple of other contractors were asking. Kenneth and Daniel were great guys to work with, and they performed well above what was required. The city inspector found no discrepancies. I will keep Spiker on my list of preferred contractors.
