Alpha did a great job this morning servicing my HVAC system. They changed the filter, checked temp at all the registers, and cleaned the exterior unit. They were detail oriented and even wore shoe covers when in the house.

Sean and his crew saved me! AC went out in a 20 year old house and everyplace I called was tied up for over a week! We were forecasted for triple digit weather for the next several days. I have two small children and 3 dogs and we would have had to stay at a hotel. Sean was able to come out the next day and install and brand new 3 ton unit and the price beat every on of my other quotes! I will definitely be using Alpha in the future!

Sean with Alpha Heating and Air has done work off and on at my house for years. Sometimes we will call someone a little bit closer to home but that will not be the case any longer! We had 2 other companies out in the couple of months to look at our furnace. One partially fixed the issue and the other told us we needed to replace the the whole unit. Sean and his crew came out twice before a deep freeze and took the time to find the cause of the issue! I will always call Alpha first and would recommend them to everybody!

Having Alpha out today on my 5 year old furnace and learning thru all the pictures they take about my system, and things to watch and stay alert to some rust on heat exchangers. This was great where other companies charge $150-$200 just for a heat exchanger inspection. Alpha included for $95, Great Value and will always use for my needs

Tom came out and quoted us to replace our HVAC system. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us a few different options, what they would cost, and explained the differences of each system. He shared with me some pictures of the HVAC in his own home and what he has and why. He also educated us on different options to help extend the life of the system by the way that the furnace pulls air in. The installers were very nice, very helpful, asked us questions about how we wanted things, etc. our home heats evenly now. Before my 10 month olds room would get really cold but we no longer have that problem. We also had them install an air purification system to help with my allergies. I strongly recommend them!

The Alpha team is always responsive and in this time of need with ne furnace and little one's at home, they went above and beyond to troubleshoot and find the correct solution to keep my old furnace working properly.

All sad stories have a happy ending right! Well my AC quit blowing cold air which made for a miserable night. Called Tom at Alpha who was able to fit me in at 5pm. By 10:30am, Geoff calls and says he can fit me in now. Here I was preparing myself to fork out $$$ and melting. Geoff comes in, fixes a small part, educates me on what it does, is polite and respectful and I spent way way less than I was expecting. And in 30 min my AC is fixed and blowing cool air. Now this might be the crisp cool air that's talking but I am over the moon thrilled with this company and the service they provided. Tom even called to check on me when all was completed. Top notch guys, Top notch! My house is cool and now I have a happy ending.

Geoff & Sean were prompt & worked efficiently to find out why our air was not cooling. They were thorough & will follow up in a few weeks to make sure it is performing correctly! I definitely appreciate ALPHA! We will continue our service contract with them.

Heater went out in the winter. Geoff and Tom moved heaven and earth to get a new system put in in a couple of days. Our three month old really appreciated it.
