Bo and Jay have earned my trust as very knowledgeable, honest and fair contractors. In my opinion - no one else to call in Wichita.

I have called two times for someone to call me back and still waiting. New to the area and need a repair done. Spiker have good reviews and that’s why I called them.

Great experience with these guys. Called first thing in the morning and they came out the same day. Had my AC cooling again in no time, and the price was awesome.

Fair priced, experienced! They came out went straight to work and found the problem quickly. Told me the price ahead of fixing and got the job done. I will be using them for heating and air for now on!

Called them late morning about our condenser unit making noise, I didn't expect them to come for a couple of days since it was one of the hottest days this year. They planned on coming the following day and we made arrangements for times. I received a call that afternoon the same day I called, from their secretary wanting to know if they could come that day instead. They came out assessed the problem gave me some options, did not try to sway me one way or the other, just gave the pros and cons of each decision. I made the decision, he gave me a quote and promised there would be no hidden costs. They came the very next morning, put everything in, but he realized that our old furnace was a propane instead of Nat. gas. He had to order the part for the propane, it came in, they called, he came out and put it in and there was no extra cost, even though the part and the trip was not figured in. Very professional, very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend, would call again!

NOT A REVIEW OF WORK DONE! Rather on their driving.Van tailgates me. Then passes to do about 60 in a 40. Tailgating several other vehicles while switching lanes erratically without turn signals. I would not contract these guys for putting people in danger trying to get to the job.

Bad customer service and they don’t take care of their people. I listened to a phone call between a customer and the owner… bad customer service and no control over their emotions. Do better guys, you’re supposed to be professionals.

Your customer service can be compared to the smell of this tree… unpleasant and evasive for the wrong reasons.

I’d used this business for all my hvac but had to go elsewhere to get the work done. Tried getting my A/C fixed as it stopping blowing cold, you call them and they say ok we will call you back and let you know but they never call back just wasting your time, after 2 days of this I went with a more responsive company Who will get my repeat business going fwd.

This is an amazing family ran business. They always go above and beyond on their services. If you have any problems with your heating or your AC I'd pick up the phone and call right away! They'll treat you as one of the family. Don't worry just call!

Spiker has saved our hide on 3 different projects. I would not call anyone else to work on our equipment. These guys are prompt, professional, and fair with pricing.

This company is fantastic. When it comes to HVAC they need to be the first number you dial. They are friendly, professional, fast, and their prices are reasonable and worth every last penny! They are all about family and will work with people to make sure that they are taken care of.

Honesty is this companies best asset. They had a great price and fast when my unit died. I have recommended them twice to people in need of a good HVAC company. My new unit is working perfect.

Below was my review 2 years ago. Jay was just back out for our 2020 preventative maintenance and I wanted to reiterate how great Jay is and all of Spiker HVAC. He is extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions openly and informatively. Highly recommend.

We woke up on a Saturday to our ac unit blowing hot air overnight. Called Spiker at 8 am on a Saturday, left a message, and quickly received a call back. Jay was out by 11:45 and we had cold air on by 12:15. It did help that it was an easy part to replace and it was not busy season, but they were extremely easy to work with and fairly priced. I will be using Spiker again for any HVAC needs.

Really wonderful customer service. I appreciate them taking time to help me figure out why our utility bill is so high. We recently bought the house , and we're unaware of a few things concerning the furnace. They came out, and talked me through how everything works and why it cost so much to use. We now know what needs to be done. Thank you very much for being so honest and understanding of our situation.

My dogs chewed the wires off the outside unit. I called Spiker and they were able to come out the same day and had us up and running again in no time. Very friendly and affordable. Will definitely continue to use them

I used this company to install my A/C unit and they forgot to put the insulation on around my pipes. I called the company and spoke with the owner. The owner proceeded to call me a liar and said that the techs who have been in that line of work for 10+ years may have forgotten to do it before but he don’t believe they forgot it this time and I’m a liar. After that he became very rude and started yelling at me and told me to hang the dam* phone up because I told him his company has bad customer service!!!! I will never use this company again!!!

Caring, professional, efficient and quick. From the ladies in the office gently reminding me of a bill I forgot to pay instead of sending it to collections to the owner himself (a master technician by the way) coming out to fix our air when another company didn't (and wouldn't respond to texts or calls!). They came out first thing the morning after we called at 6 pm, drove all over town to get the part we needed, and had us back up and running by 4. The best. I'll never recommend anyone else.

Chris came to our aid when our air conditioner wasn’t working well during a heat wave. He checked out everything, adding Freon and cleaning the outside unit. He was on time, polite and professional. He was up front and honest about pricing. This is a great family owned business that deserves your support. Thanks Chris and Striker HVAC for doing a great job.
