I have had good service from Alpha Heating and Air a couple times now. I had an issue with my furnace as it would cycle on and off constantly. They replaced the control board and the blower motor but it still didn't fix it. It was an issue with the thermostat. Tom was able to work with us on the price since it wasn't diagnosed correctly at first. I will continue giving them my business!

Geoff did a really good job and was very informative while doing the job. I highly recommend Alpha for any and all HVAC services. Thank you again Geoff.

Great company to work with. Everyone I've talked to was kind and respectable. No complaints at all.

We ended up going with a different provider for complicated reasons (a previous service that was messed up from another company who was giving us a credit.)

HOWEVER, Alpha would have been our top choice! Tom was VERY professional, knowledgable, and helpful when diagnosing our HVAC issue in our home.

If we ever encounter other issues outside of our warranty with the other company - we will choose Alpha!

The tech Vincent was on time and did amazing work fixing the issue with my water heater quickly, and on the the coldest day of the year 3°F. He provided us with professional service. Would use this service again in the future.

Had some issues with outer unit being loud. Geoff came right out, inspected and secured everything. Sounds much better and in July, I'm definitely reassured it's good to go. Thank you!

Last night our AC unit stopped working.. I messaged Tom Tallon with ALPHA Hvac & Plumbing Llc and he messaged me this morning and had a tech at our house by 11. The technician got us up and running within 30 minutes.

Definitely recommend them with the fast response and repair!

Please make sure you are servicing your units, changing filters. Just like maintenance on your car your units need the same TLC. They do have a yearly maintenance package as well.

Chris came out and installed new hot water tank. Was very pleasant and efficient.

We have been loyal clients for over 5 years,, we take advantage of the yearly service contract and even call on Alpha for filter drop offs they are great and literally have become family. We were quoted some crazy number on a serious plumbing backup not to long ago and I remembered their plumbing devision and we called, that call saved us a lot of money. Thank you Alpha

Over the past five years, I have replaced several VTAC’s and also a few split units. By far the best HVAC company in Wichita, Sean is always responsive and on time. His Sales guy Tom is the best and even delivers items I need personally. Best prices in Wichita but the quality of work is top tier. I would highly recommend them to any business or even personal home repair.

Alpha installed mini splits in our entire home. We love having every room being set at its own temperature and not to mention the great job the crew did installing everything in our house.

We had Tom from Alpha Heating come out to look at the temperature differences between the levels of our home—our loft always runs hot, the main level stays warm, and the basement is cool. He was super candid about pricing and the options available to fix it. I really appreciated how honest, forthright, and easy to understand he was when explaining solutions. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is straightforward and genuinely helpful.

Tom and his team took good care of both of my kiddos, who were brand new homeowners. As a mom who helps them navigate through new things like this, it's been great to work with someone trustworthy. They both needed their A/Cs serviced and were able to take advantage of the summer sale. My daughter's A/C had some issues. Again, the team took great care of her and got it fixed without her having to spend thousands of dollars for a new unit.

So grateful for the team at Alpha. They were quick to respond and had excellent service from the initial call to following up after installation. They were knowledgeable, did a great job and I highly recommend their heating and air conditioning service for existing units and new installs.
