I've had to go there several times and will keep going back. The counter people do a really good job finding what I need. I'm good with it taking a minute because I know when I leave I have the correct parts.They also seem to have everything in stock nobody else has.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I found this place from a search on a manufacturer's website. The part I needed was in stock and I had to have it that day. I would have been happy to pay a premium on it just for the opportunity to have it right away but, I learned the price was the same as those "cheap" online stores. Not only did they have the part at a great price, what really sold me was they were extremely friendly and helpful to just a small customer. I have already recommended them to my friends and those who knew about them agreed that they are an exceptional company and have about everything you need for home plumbing.

I was trying to put a new Irrigation pump in my well myself and a neighbor suggested The Tap. I'm grateful that he did because they were super helpful. The gentleman who helped me was courteous and knowlegable. He realized I knew very little and helped me select a pump and suggested a few odds and ends that saved me a trip back for a $10 part. He also didn't make me feel like a dummy for not being a expert. Quick and easy transaction. I got home and checked around on prices expecting to maybe pay a premium for the local on the spot pickup but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they beat all the online shops on the price of the pump by a wide margin.

Dustin and his coworker at the counter provided great service. They found a very difficult to find part in a shot time period. Service was outstanding!

I have been shopping at “The Tap” for many years, I have gotten to know a lot of the people who work there. Now days, I specifically like to work with Jennifer! Even though she does phone sales, I still go to her majority of the time. I appreciate that she always goes the extra mile for me.

I'm a trucker who delivered some water heaters but I was 2 days late because my truck broke down. The woman who I dealt with and unloaded me was awesome! I got there at 4:30 and they close at 5 but she stayed late to unload me with a smile on her face. Thank you for being a decent human being!!

Greg is the best manager ever, this guy is different! He created an atmosphere so amazing and makes me feel welcomed. This store is also the best plumbing supply store in Wichita. Number 1 because their customer service is amazing.

Came in COMPLETELY unprepared & unorganized….Jay was patient and helped me talk through/design a unique pond & plumbing application for an extremely unique client in the Amish community. Amazing experience (which I was dreading) that Jay made enjoyable & easy. Last, but DEFINATELY NOT LEAST…Jay custom cut all pipe to fit into the bed of my pickup & loaded some extremely heavy 1 1/2 poly pipe!

They handled my insurance paperwork for me. Huge relief!
