I came in to buy conduit to bury my service main, I asked for large sweeps and they said for residential I need the smaller 13" radius sweep, well I failed my inspection because I needed a 36" radius sweep (my bad for not going with my gut) so I called in and had them pull the correct 36" radius conduit sweeps aside so my wife could come pick them up on her lunch brake, they were rude to her and sent her home with white pvc elbows. Guess I will go back a third time.

Im a state licensed mechanical contractor that stopped in to buy ductwork. Prices are roughly double what Washer Specialty charges. I saved nearly $400 by driving to washers! Shop here as a last resort and take them a picture of what you need!

Second time here both times I was treated poorly (bc I’m female?- From other reviews that’s possible, but unlikely) how not having a simple shower diverter pin is beyond me. Unhelpful, lazy, uncaring, will make the drive to Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Called them on the phone and when I arrived I was misguided! In my case of needing parts on friday..they ruined the whole weekend on a main water line. Went to Hajoca and it's night and day!! Rude lady behind the service desk. I had the model number for the limit switch I am needing, and she insisted on the model number for my furnace! I am sure if I had the model number on my unit, the same part will pop up on the limit switch I am needing! Another cold night thanks to this lady!
