They always have what I need and without buying a whole kit for one part. I needed a particular gasket for the Mansfield flush valve and they got it right away and it was only 2 dollars.

Got what I needed quick and really didn't need the picture I brought to fix the faucet. Just the hardware at the faucet end. Way better than any of the big box store leaving knowing it will work.

I needed 1 brass and plastic faucet stem with seat/spring for Delta. Was told that they didn't make it any longer and they sold me a 2pack replacement they(by 2 employees)said would work. My 20 mile round trip ended up being a 40 mile round trip when I had to return it. (I noticed, after the fact, that the packaging back even stated that it would not work with a seat/spring faucet.) I walked out with a new 1 of the same stem/seat/spring type I'd brought to them originally.... for the same price of the 2pack...no receipt given. This is one shady overpriced business. Do yourself a favor, go online and buy anywhere else.

5, 10, 15 Stars for theThe Tap and for Sharon Doss!!! We went to The Tap at lunch time (recommended by our plumber) to find a replacement part for a bar faucet. The place was swarming with customers. The Tap had people coming from the back to help every single customer. No one was having to wait to be helped. Sharon Doss helped us and we acutally ended up buying a new bar faucet, because it was cheaper than the 2 replacement parts (for the 18 yr old faucet). Sharon was so helpful, knowledgeable, nice, funny. We won't go anywhere but the TAP after this. Everyone was nice, helpful and making sure everyone was getting helped!! I suggest you give them a try.

We have an old bathtub faucet that's been leaking worse and worse over the years. I finally broke down and pulled the stem and seat and sure enough it was shot. After trying several big box stores, I realized that not only the stem and seat were an old style but the escutcheon as well. They didn't even have anything close. I looked up plumbing supplies and found The Tap had very high ratings. Within 20 minutes of walking in I had all of the pieces I needed. Excellent job guys. I will go there first next time. Thanks!

I love this parts warehouse, the people that are helping you are very knowledgeable and help you out with no hesitation. They have almost everything needed for plumbing, irrigation, and well work. My family and I stopped by over the weekend to purchase a drain and find out information about faucets for our new tub and shower. Hunter was extremely helpful in letting us know what was available and in purchasing our drain. He also informed us of a better option for where we would be able to find exactly what we needed in a shower faucet and researched all available options for our bathtub. His honesty, integrity, and work ethic is above and beyond what is typically found in retail settings! I have been looking for a hard to find part for my faucet. I contacted many local hardware stores as well as the manufacturer of the faucet. None were able to help and a few didn’t even try. I was referred to Tap of Kansas and Bernie Zuniga actually spent about thirty minutes with me finding two parts totaling about $8 that completely solved my problem. More important than that, he treated me like I was spending thousands of dollars. They are lucky to have him.

The Tap of Kansas was highly recommended as a source for a high quality hot water heater. I started with a phone call and was courteously assisted by Andy who was knowledgeable about the product and a thoughtful listener, as well. When I arrived on site for pick up, he had the tank marked for me and ready to go. He assisted in loading, and took care of the paperwork expediently, while explaining a few helpful details. It was annoying to be without hot water for awhile, but he turned a bit of a "bad day" into almost an appreciable experience by providing top notch excellent customer service.

AWESOME!! So friendly, helpful, knowledgeable it was amazing! I would definitely recommend them. As the guy who helped me said “if water goes through we know about”. They got me what I needed and told me where to get the things they didn’t have. Great business!

Went to the tap for help with diagnostic and replacement of sprinkler parts. Guy knew nothing about sprinklers and didn’t care. We told him our new parts are leaking. He said all I can do is sell you more of the same parts. No help whatsoever.

I had an usual plumbing set up and they were so helpful in getting the necessary parts! They were all willing to bounce ideas around to get what I needed. Everyone I interacted with was exceptionally kind as well. Highly recommend them!!!

June 17, 2022... Called to see if The Tap had the items I needed and spoke with Laura. We went through the process and she had everything but one item and wasn't sure they'd ever carried it. She gave me an idea where to find it, so I called the competitor... while on the phone with them, my text notification went off so I checked it... she had found the item and sent a screen shot of it... exactly what I was looking for! She didn't have to go to all that trouble for an $18 dollar part, but she did... To The Tap of Kansas... you have a great employee who goes the extra mile when she didn't have to. That has happened for me before at the Tap. I would SO MUCH RATHER write a POSITIVE REVIEW than a lousy one, and Laura gave me every reason to write one! Thank you for the extra effort. That's why I always call The Tap first. Please pass along my Thank You to her... I'm an old, retired guy... kinda cranky... but I like to give credit where credit is due!

I agree with the reviews this business is awesome, it's such a rarity to see a company stock parts that are hard to find or for antique plumbing. Please support this company so they are with us for many years to come. Plus they are right off the highway making it extra easy to get to.

Came here awhile back in need of a new commercial faucet for our church sink. In all honesty I didn't really know what I was looking for, but the guys there were super helpful! I showed them a picture of my problem and they were eager to solve it in no time. Even offered to come out and install it to make sure it was working properly! Super customer service at this place, I would definitely come back again!
