He responded quickly, provided excellent customer service, and got the problem fixed right away, taking care of a leaking water main for us. Professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. IMPORTANT!!! As a head of maintenance for a good size property management company I know the significance of finding a quality plumber for underground sewer/water line repair since it can be so easy to not get a good quality repair done since it's not visible, let alone an honest fair estimate of what truly needs fixed and how it needs to be done. Ron is hands down the best I've come across in the Wichita area. From his knowledge, availability, fairness, honesty and professionalism. He has saved us thousands of dollars in just being knowledgeable and honest. BE CAREFUL!! With underground plumbing, there are companies that WILL take your money for you being none the wiser and go with an honest professional like Ron.

When you seek out a company to do Sewer Repairs. You are entering into a Den of Thieves. As you might find out.I would never do that again.I was referred to Ron @Emergency Sewer Repairs ..or not.He was truely A Blessing .very Professional and Knows his work very well.I was very impressed with the whole experience. His charge for his services beat out 2 other folks that stopped by.in today's times not many have alot of money including myself.But you gotta find it somewhere to solve a Sewer problem.Do not hesitate to Hire Ron.Dont waste time shopping it around either.This Man got a 10 for this knowledge. I had an issue with my air conditioner that was purchased thru wynnsupply. I called in and spoke with Darrel Pointer who was nothing short of phenomenal. He walked me thru what i needed to do and was very professional. After being screwed around by a local air conditioning repair company that was trying to sell me one of his units, we got the problem resolved with ACRS plumbing heating and air and I am 100% satisfied with the all around experience starting with Darrel at wynnsupply and ending with Doug and Donovan with ACRS. Warning to those who make a purchase from here to be thorough with checking payment. We purchased items from Wichita Winsupply in October 2022 and received a receipt with a credit card authorization number at the time of this transaction. Assumed this transaction was a done deal at this time. Apparently Winsupply did not catch this error that the payment didn’t actually go through on their end in any of the rest of 2022 or 2023. Noticed our card for this transaction was ran in January 2024 without anyone explaining this error. I’m sure if the card had not ran (credit cards expire every so often) perhaps they would have owned up to this error and notified- almost 14 months later. The sales lady was excellent at explaining the situation, but our request for someone in accounting to contact us has gone unfulfilled. Perhaps it may take just as long to connect and communicate with us as it did to recognize their error, authorizing a credit card beyond a timeframe that we approved it being ran for, not by days but the change of two calendar year ends. But beware, this is not the way to do business. We are human and make errors and want to make right for goods received, but the lack of communication in this matter was beyond frustrating.
