I had a great experience. A couple weeks later my sister found herself with a clogged sewer line. They were able to respond quickly, effectively and affordably.

My sewer was clogged, called for service. They broke the snake off in my sewer pipe and then gave me the name of their excavator to get it out, expecting me to pay. Then they charged me $135. My sewer was still clogged and it had their broken snake in it. I called another plumber to fix their screw up. Then Miller came back on to my property a week later to get the snake my plumber dug up out of my sewer line. They did not call or ask permission. Only know it was them because I have cameras. They cut bent parts from their snake and left them in my driveway. I had to clean up sewer contaminated parts before my pets or neighbor kids played with them or my mower hit them.

Jason and his son showed up on a dime, quickly assessed our situation, and remedied it, all at a good price and with a smile. Enough said, can’t wait to have him back! - Tim and his daughters on Clarence

Great experience if you have a clogged drain. Just so happened they were able to come out within the hour to snake our main line for our business. Over 100 feet and clear now. Father son business.

I called and left a message letting them know I’d like to use their services and they called me back almost immediately and squeezed me into the end of their day. They were very professional and resolved my issue quickly, will definitely use again!

Millers Drain is my go to people! The prices are very reasonable and they almost always go out the same day. One time my rental backed up and the tenant had just had a baby so I needed them ASAP. At first they said they had plans that evening and were done for the day, but with in 2 hours Jason felt like he needed to go do it so he shortened his plans and went out to fix it. I use them every time!

Was referred by Phil at Always Plumbing. Contacted them to come over and run a snake through a section of pipe coming off the South end of our house. They returned my call (originally got voice mail) promptly and arrived within 30 minutes of speaking with them (probably won't happen every time, but they were in the area so it worked out this time). Used the "small machine" (which was appropriate for the size pipe in that area) and cleared a small clog out of it. Unfortunately, it turned out that a large clog was actually located in the other pipe and an access pipe was going to be needed to clear it. He gave us a referral to an excavation company that worked out well and wasn't too expensive. After that work was completed on Saturday, the guys were back out Monday morning to tackle the large clog with the "large machine". Work was completed (he was nice enough to run both directions) and the plumbing seems to back in order. Prices were reasonable and fair. No complaints. Would hire again.

Miller's are my life savor. He came out the same day and cleaned my washer drain within 15 minutes. The prices are very reasonable and the 2 man crew are super nice. I will call Miller's from now on for any clogged issues. Thank You so much for same day service as I have a special needs child and wash 2 loads of laundry a day.

Absolutely wonderful- quick, prompt, and friendly service. The guys were so nice and so professional. I would recommend them to anybody and will not hesitate to use them again. If you want the best, give them a call!

Jason and his son Brandon had come out to my house. Worked on cleaning out many roots and some other blockages in main line. These two were consistent and very good at explaining the process of why need to do yearly, etc. fast forward to the next night. Started having issues. I called at 1030 pm to leave a message and I started getting a call from Miller Drain and Sewer. I answered they trouble shooting over the phone and decided to come out and take a look. After spending 45 minutes out the very next night. They identified the issue and addressed it. 5/5. Great dudes. Family company. Shoot you straight and do a bang up job. No complaints would recommend to anyone! This Small family business is the way to go!

Very unprofessional! I called three times last week, twice on Thursday and once on Friday. It’s now the following Wednesday-5 days later, or 3 business days, however you choose to view it, and I have yet to receive a return call. I left a voicemail with my name and number, including the name of the person who recommended him, and he has yet to call me back. I even said “if you are too busy, please let me know so I can find someone else to do the work”, considering having your clogged sewer line cleared is a time sensitive issue. He does not appear to care about his clients, or those who make the mistake of recommending him.

These guys are top notch. They returned our call quickly, got us scheduled for the next day, and got two main lines unclogged for a very reasonable rate.

These guys were SERIOUSLY amazing and did a fantastic job! I had a pretty emergent situation today and Mr. Miller was so kind and reassuring and thankfully, was able to come over right after I called to see what he could do to help. They assessed the problem, and continued to reassure me that my issue could be fixed and took care of everything quickly, professionally and thoroughly—and they were so easy to work with. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated him coming out so quickly and for being so kind as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone and hope they know how vital their work is and how much they are appreciated!! THANK YOU!!

They were quick and professional. Got the job done at a time that worked for me. We had roots in our mainline and they got the job knocked out in less than an hour. Prices were also affordable as I was quoted over 2x the price by another company. Thanks so much for getting our plumbing back on track. Highly recommended.
