Ron is a very professional and honest person. He came out to camera our sewer line in April and told us what to expect. We wanted to wait until later in the year due to our garden just being planted. He understood and gave us an affordable price. Ron is a very hard worker as he did most of the work himself. I would highly recommend Emergency Sewer Service! Very easy to work with and a nice and friendly contractor! If we ever need anything else done, he'll be the one we call.

My sewer main busted. Ron gave a fair estimate, dropped off his tractor 15 minutes later, started work the next morning and had it replaced by that afternoon. He also determined a problem I was previously told was a main line offset and would cost thousands to replace was roots. He cleared those roots out for me and put some foaming roots killer to help keep them out.

When I called this man came out the same day to evaluate the liak under my house. We been without water for 4 days. After seeing the problem was worse than thought, he made sure to come by very early the next day to start the repairs. Since he had to bring an excavator and replace the main line to the house, he was extremely nice and made sure to reassure me that we would have to the water back on that day. Ron replaced my sewer line this week. I'm certain that I made the right decision to hire him for the job. It was a long sewer line to replace, but he made it seem simple because he's a real pro at this. He was always on time when he said he was coming, honest, reliable, efficient and just seems like a really decent man. I thought his pricing was very reasonable. Great work ethic. He picked up all of the debris, hauled away the concrete he had to cut, put everything back in it's place.
I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.
