Can’t speak highly enough of GHAC. Our business’s heating system stopped heating during the coldest couple weeks of winter. We called and they came out immediately. I was afraid we would need to replace the entire unit, but they were able to repair the issue on our existing unit! They are honest, reliable and the best in the tri-state! I refer GHAC to everyone and will definitely call them to service my unit in the spring.

I called General Heating on the day of our big snow storm this winter after my unit stopped working and I was left without heat! Charlie drove through the snow and was at my house within a couple hours and had the unit back up and heating in about half! I’m so thankful and impressed for the quick and honest service.

Could not recommend enough… Our ac went out (in the craziest heat wave) and we didn’t realize it until we got home late in the evening. All HVAC companies we called in the area had at least a 2 day waiting time for someone to come diagnose the issue. Within a couple hours, Will was at our house, diagnosing and fixing the issue, and even fixed it to run better than how it was before. Would give 15/10 rating if I could.

The BEST. We were having some serious trouble with our old furnace and were nervous it was beyond repair. Charlie came out SO quick and did a super thorough diagnostic (He was taking multiple videos documenting the process as well). He got everything fixed and cleaned up in less than 45 minutes (He knew we had a livestream that night and wanted to make sure the house was nice and warm in time!). Cannot recommend enough and Charlie’s amazing.

I am SO happy w/ new system. Brandon & crew installed ductwork in my attic in horrid heat & never complained once about working in 140 yrs of dust!!! Lighting & ventilation was terrible & they did a great job going up 2 fights of stairs (about 20 steps per flight) hauling everything!!! Answered my many questions & even found me Victorian grates!!!!

After calling a number of HVAC specialists to have two whole house dehumidifiers installed with no luck finding a company to provide the service I fortunately reached out to General Heating & Air Conditioning. They knew exactly what was needed for my home and completed the job quickly as exceptional professionals. My only regret is not finding them sooner having had a poor experience with another local company for my HVAC systems. They are now my semi annual service and all other HVAC needs company. Without question, if you are in the tri-state area there is no one better than General Heating & Air Conditioning for HVAC solutions.
