Incredible service and response in this weather in Northeast Kentucky!

We’re here within 2 hours of calling at opening on a Monday. Got furnace working in no more than an hour. It quickly warmed up but quit again shortly after he left. So I called back as he had instructed and he came back after he finished the one call between my calls. Very professional yet personable and traced the root cause so it is all set now. Will call back if it quits again but with the issues verses what he repaired on the second trip where he could read the codes, I feel sure it is all set.

They honor their work and any return in the next 30 days is at no charge. You can’t find that many places anymore. Highly recommend them.
