Very good company Michael was the tech that came out look at my unit very friendly and fast worker and explain everything in detail what was wrong and going on thanks to Polar Bear Air and Heating and Michael be a very good tech I have cool air now in my house plus Michael explain me what numbers was reading why test my unit and what the should be at and even did a good job check everything my air filter and check the whole unit underneath my house yes you won't go wrong with this company I will use them again if I need something done again in future

This place is the best!! I called at
8 AM with no heat on December 23rd. The service guys arrived by 8:30 AM and had our heat back on within 90 minutes!! This is my 2nd time using Polar Bear & I will continue to do so. Thank you Polar Bear for everything!!

Don was awesome. He was very friendly and professional. He arrived right on time for the scheduled appointment and fixed the issue same day. I needed a new motor and circuit board for my furnace and he installed both on the same day. He had to go back to the store to pick up the parts, but it all took about 20 minutes or so for that pick up.

Polar Bear heating and cooling did excellent work on my house in Kenova. The field service team was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped fix issues that came up along the way. I'm happy to have had them install my unit. Thanks again guys.😁

I started to notice more dust and our allergies have been worse. Our unit is in our crawl space and hard for us to check. So my husband called Polar Bear yesterday to set up our yearly checkups. They had an opening for the next morning 9-11.
Donald called at 8:49am, to let us know he was on his way. He was very professional. He checked our unit. The filter needed to be changed and he told us everything else looked good. Very knowledgeable of our unit. That reassured us that we were in good hands. I can already tell a difference in our air.
We have been using Polar Bear since 2021. This is when they installed a scrubber on our unit to help with allergies and air pollution. They suggested us using their program to come twice a year to change filter and service what is needed. Our unit has never had an issue since we have done this.
We are very pleased with Polar Bear. As we get older their services has been very valuable to us.

We were so thrilled with this company’s service. They were able to come give us an estimate within a day and then got us on the books for that week. They arrived as soon as they said they would and were very quick to complete the job. They even send text notifications the day before and call the day of to remind you of your appointment! I also was a huge fan of their customer support team who answered all of my questions, scheduled our service, and kept us up-to-date with any necessary information. Overall, they were very professional, prompt, kind, and efficient. Definitely recommend them!

Top notch. Thought I would need a blower motor but turned out it was as simple as a filter. But the technician took the time to check everything to make sure everything else was working properly. The technician they sent here was Micheal Hurst. I highly recommend Polar Bear Heating and Air.

I had to have some work done on my furnace after it died. They had fast response time and the lady I spoke to was pleasant. Kyle serviced the unit and he was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. He was knowledgeable and happy to answer my many questions. Fortunately I just needed to replace a single part to be up and running again. He was able to do that very quickly. Great customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

The repairman was a very nice man that absolutely knew what he was doing. He was done in half the time other companies would have been trying to fix a price. He was fair in pricing and quick in his repair. I will use Polar Bear always when i need my system repaired or serviced.

I had a new furnace installed on November 18th by Blake & Jimmy. They were early for the appointment very respectful and went right to work. They were here the majority of the day but after install they could not get the furnace to work. They called someone else for help and after doing something to my thermostat, left with their payment. They also left a "check list" they did not go over with me. Unfortunately they damaged my thermostat so the temperature readings were off by 15 degrees. I called Polar Bear and they sent someone out the following day to repair or replace the thermostat. It was replaced with a new digital one and of course at no charge. I know things can happen and my unit was 30 years old and Polar Bear took care of everything in a timely manner.

We had a split system installed which failed on Christmas eve. We called and left message and never got return call. We called an electrician who advised us that there were problems with wiring. We sent Bill and explanation of problems found to the company.So far no response from the owner. We feel that we should be reimbursed for the repairs since the technician did a sloppy job. company. Will not recommend or call this company again.

Fantastic guys Don and Carter. Very mannerly and respectful. Came when scheduled. Found the problem fast. Gave me options to repair a/c and proceeded to do the work in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for better service. Polar Bear Heating & Air will always be my go to guys with service like this. Thank You!!!!!!!

Jarred and Don were awesome, professional, and knowledgeable! Did a great job installing my new furnace and correcting the issues they ran into with a poor install on the last unit that would have eventually flooded my basement. Best price and best service!

Called on a weekday for help to hookup a condensation pump on our furnace. We had already purchased our part we needed, but husband wasn't positive on two of the 4 wires to connect. The guy wasn't here long and we were also charged $150 for the call. When we called the office to check on it, Mike said the company places the service fee and said that we pay for the knowledge. We think that was a smart mouth remark coming from a much younger person, who probably only knows how to do the one thing and has the nerve to talk to a much more broadly knowledgeable elderly person with such disrespect. Wouldn't recommend Polar Bear to anyone.

Mike was the lead tech with Don assisting on the repair and installation. They were both in clean attire wearing foot covers to not track debris in my home. They were both courteous, friendly And above all competent. Also they cleaned up after themselves. I will continue to use Polar Bear for my heating and air needs.
